會中曾詢問山岡先生最喜愛的日本蒸餾廠,山岡先生毫不思索就回答說"山崎",且提到他有裝了兩桶,其一是一桶1995年蒸餾的,他相當喜愛. 另外,OB的部分則是山崎1984,當時我聽完了之後也並無意外,想想山崎真的是一家很認真,值得大家尊敬的蒸餾廠.唯一的遺憾是他沒帶這支酒來,哈~希望下次有機會在見面能喝到他這支逸品.

C: red brown

23 N: deep, beautiful and rich sherry, raisin,蜜棗,honey apple, very fruity

22 T: full, good impact, dry and spicy, some chocolate, plum,蜜棗, good texture

22 F: long, chocolate, plum,黑棗,very good extension

22 B: good balanced both for nosing and tasting, still active, good sherry bottle

Susc兄帶的酒,C/P值很高,喜歡雪莉的人如還有這種價格,實在應該多買幾支來喝

 

Glenmorangie Sonnalta PX 46% OB Private Collection

C: red gold, w/ some brown

22 N: 野薑花,鼠尾草, spices, fresh prune, followed by some, quince jelly, vanilla custard, then sweet caramel, fresh sherry cask, some hint of mint at the end

20 T: medium, round and smooth, a little spicy, bitter, wood cask. A little thin wood

20 F: medium, spices, prune, raisin,一點洋蔘. Finished in some bitterness and few variant

20 B: balanced. Good for nosing w/ some beautiful fragrance. Active and good extension. But it degraded fast for tasting. Still a very interesting bottle.

相當有趣且吸引我的ㄧ支酒,但略為青澀.還是有點難想像Glenmorangie會裝出這樣的酒,.如同K大說的,或許會成為紫鑽殺手唷!

 

Balvenie 1971/2005 46.7% OB B#100/197 C#8919

C: yellow

23 N: beautiful and complexes flower fragrance, some apricot, then turn to fruity, melon peer, honey apple. Elegant and complexes

22 T: full, tangerine juice, melon peer, a little ginger, wish more variant and better impact

21 F: medium -> long, light tropical fruit, melon peer, tangerine, still fragrance. Less variant at the end

22 B: good balanced both for nosing and tasting. Complexes for nosing, but with a little pity that body is a little bit degraded.

K大之前開的酒,應該有段時間了,尾韻有些跑掉,但仍能感覺出是支不可多得的老百富!
