好時小可愛KISSES巧克力彩虹餅乾

Ingredients / 材料:

6茶匙奶油,需軟化
1/3杯奶油風味的起酥油(使糕餅鬆脆的油)
1/2杯烘培用紅糖
1/3杯砂糖
1個蛋
1又1/2杯香草精
1又3/4杯中筋麵粉
1/2茶匙蘇打粉
1/2茶匙鹽
10包好時小可愛KISSES巧克力(2006/6/19HERSHEY'S好時小可愛KISSES巧克力7-11全新豋場)

6 tablespoons butter, softened
1/3 cup butter flavored shortening
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 packs (1.5-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S KISSABLES Brand Chocolate Candies
Directions / 做法:

1. Heat oven to 350 F.
將烤箱加熱至350°F (約175°C)

2. Beat butter and shortening in large bowl until well blended. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar; beat thoroughly. Add egg and vanilla, beating until well blended. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in candies. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
將奶油與起酥油放進大碗中均勻攪拌後,加入紅糖和砂糖攪拌,再加入雞蛋、香草精充份混合。
先將中筋麵粉與蘇打粉、鹽混合後再將先前攪拌好的材料與麵粉一起混合攪拌均勻。
將好時小可愛KISSES巧克力加入麵糰中,均勻散布後將麵糰分成一茶匙大小,放置於未上油的烤餅乾紙上

3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 3-1/2 dozen cookies.
烘培10-12分鐘或直到餅乾的邊緣呈現淡棕色,就可以將餅乾放到網架上慢慢冷卻,以上的材料約可烘培出42片好時小可愛KISSES巧克力彩虹餅乾
