抽水機組汰舊換新 臺南治水防洪堤升

(今傳媒/記者陳宥森/報導)面對極端氣候所帶來的威脅,臺南市長黃偉哲秉持「治水沒有最好、只有更好」的態度,多一分準備就少一分損失,因此,針對防汛重點設備—抽水站及抽水機組,也要求水利局務必定期檢修、必要時汰舊換新,不可因設備問題造成人民生命財產損失。

HORN ANTENNA CALIBRATION

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. 水利局說明:市府目前轄管60站抽水站220部抽水機組,各機組設備平日皆委由專業廠商進行例行性維護保養及辦理一年一度歲修大保養作業,除能夠延長機組壽命及節省長期汰舊更新成本外,亦能於面對颱風豪雨所帶來的各種考驗中,在最短時間內按標準作業程序及需求操作,以最佳的應變能力通過各項考驗,其中部分抽水站建站之初礙於經費需求,先運用臺北市及新北市汰舊抽水機組整修再利用,機組機齡約20~30年,加上早期抽水站使用至今亦超過15年以上,許多機組多已停產無法取得零件維修增加防汛風險,因此,為確保抽水機組妥善性及抽水穩定性並降低發生異常風險,縣市合併以來已汰換30部,今年汛期前將再完成8部,總計汰換38部老舊抽水機。

水利局表示:自黃偉哲市長上任以來,針對已無修繕效益的機組設備逐年進行汰舊換新,已投入超過4.5億元更新19部老舊機組(抽水量94.3CMS),今年已有永康區永康分洪抽水站於2月完成1、2號機組更新,其餘仁德區田厝抽水站、安平區安平抽水站及學甲區下溪洲抽水站,計8部21CMS抽水量更新工作進行中,機組拆裝皆考量防汛需求排定於非汛期期間施作,避免出現防汛空窗,並都將於汛期前完成更新發揮防洪效益,以保障居民之生命財產安全。

水利局最後表示:面對極端氣候,多一分準備就多一分保障,市府將定期檢討既有設備抽水效能,有計畫性主動更新機組達到抽排效率最佳化,目前超過15年以上機組尚有約38部,後續將持續爭取經費逐年汰換,讓臺南成為一個宜居城市。
