台中市議員冉齡軒涉嫌詐領助理費,昨(16日)遭廉政署帶回調查,經移送台中地檢署訊問後,檢方認定涉及利用職務詐取財物罪將她聲請羈押獲准,至於她的丈夫則以5萬元交保。
全案是廉政署中部地區調查組在去年9月間接獲線報指出,冉姓議員涉以虛報人頭助理名單及以低薪高報助理薪資等方式,向台中市議會詐領助理費,廉政署旋即分案交由中調組偵辦,並台中地檢署派駐廉政署檢察官吳昇峰督導此案。
台中檢方昨指揮大批廉政官兵分8路,前往冉齡軒位在新社、東勢服務處、住家等地搜索,共帶走23人釐情案情,院方開庭後,認定她涉犯《貪污治罪條例》,犯罪嫌疑重大,有羈押必要,但未禁見。
冉齡軒是國民黨員,曾任國小代課老師,她擁有美國西太平洋大學企業管理研究所(MBA)、英國里兹都會大學商業管理博士班研究(DBA)等學歷,她在台中縣市合併後擔任市議員連任至今,地方實力雄厚。
她的家族從事殯葬業,曾多次協助貧困家庭處理身後事,雖受地方好評,不過,冉齡軒前年底在議會曾問民政局長吳世瑋:「局長,你知道人往生後靈魂多久會離開身體?」吳回稱:「不知道,我沒有往生過!」冉竟稱是8小時,還說「這是基本知識」。

此外,邱姓男子前年底在中橫墜崖失蹤超過1個月,冉齡軒建議警方到和平區的寺廟上香拜拜並祈求神明協助,當時和平分局長連拜4間廟,後來邱男在一處廢棄電廠涵洞被發現,緊急送醫生還,地方嘖嘖稱奇。
