Cabins with direct river views are subject to availability and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date of booking.

The reception is open daily from 08:00 until 24:00 and you can check in between 16:00 and 23:30. Guests must check out before 11:00. If arriving earlier than the stated check-in time, you can leave your luggage in a storage room.

Please note that special terms and conditions may apply for groups of 8 guests or more.

Please note that guests are expected to be quiet from 23:00-08:00 daily.

Bedding/towels are included on the Eastern Comfort Hostel Boat, but not on the Western Comfort Hostel Boat. Guests may bring their own or rent a set for EUR 5 per person per stay.

Guests can access the Eastern Comfort Hostel Boat 24 hours a day by means of a door code.

Children under the ages of 6 years old, non-swimmers and pets are not allowed on board due to safety regulations.
