山神進南海成颱？氣象局：最快16日生成
【台灣醒報記者藍苡瑄台北報導】「熱帶性低氣壓生成颱風的關鍵期在16日晚上與17日，目前位於是距離菲律賓東邊的海面上，」中央氣象局預報員陳伊秀16日受訪時說，等進入到南海的海面時，發展成颱風的條件會比較好。天氣風險公司總監賈新興16日在臉書上寫下，第9號颱風?山神」準備中，92W（熱帶擾動）已增強為TD（熱帶性低氣壓）了，因風切略大，需時間長大，預估48小時內生成颱風。
目前熱帶性低氣壓尚未生成颱風。陳伊秀說，目前越來越靠近離菲律賓北端，由於往西過程，會受到陸地結構影響，發展條件可能較不太好。」必須等到16日晚上或是17通過菲律賓後，進入到南海的海面上，發展成第9號颱風?山神」的條件會較好。
氣象專家吳德榮16日在「三立準氣象?老大洩天機」專欄中寫下，16日凌晨「熱帶性低壓」中心在呂宋島東北東方海面，未來是否有機率被定為「輕颱」還很難說。之後18、19日盛行偏東風，東半部有局部陣雨，西半部晴朗炎熱，午後有局部性雷陣雨。20日後的天氣與熱帶系統的活動有關，變數大、需耐心觀察。
「16日全台偏東風，風力較強，北台灣雲量比較多，」陳伊秀說，等到之後太陽照射後，產生熱力作用，水氣會變少，其他地區也受到東風影響，水氣較多是恆春半島跟宜蘭、花東地區，會有零星降雨。未來一整周受到低壓帶影響，東部半、南部有局部短暫陣雨或雷雨，其他中部以北以午後雷陣雨為主。溫度方面，吹東風，加上中央山脈沉降效應，西半部地區溫度高達34、35度左右，有些地區有機會達到36度，例如嘉義、苗栗、桃園。
