時代力量今（15日）宣布新的黨主席，繼黃國昌之後，由新竹市黨部主委、律師邱顯智接棒。去年九合一選前，時代力量黨內就曾傳出因為挺柯文哲與否而意見分歧。今天邱顯智也當場定調：明年選戰不會再找柯文哲站台。

邱顯智表示，未來不會再找柯文哲站台，因為「我們是小黨可以茁壯，為台灣社會貢獻更多的事，政黨要長大，不是找人家站台、來灌人氣，要想得是，怎樣讓選民可以信賴。」
至於被稱為「大綠」的民進黨怎合作？邱顯智說，政黨要長大要靠自己，時代力量跟民進黨，就是站在一個政治光譜上，但是在與民進黨有很多地方有很大的差異，例如勞基法和同婚的態度。邱顯智說，他其實心情很沈重，「因為本黨實在沒有什麼錢」，他也像支持者喊話，「2019選戰即將到來，3月9號募款餐會大家來支持」，希望能讓很多優秀同志進到立法院來努力。

台股盤中─市場觀望測試月線支撐 蘋概及漲價族群為盤面焦點
台股今 (12) 日市場觀望氣氛較濃，集中市場預估成交值約 1000 億元，量能較昨日收縮，並回檔測試月線支撐，證券分析師黃漢成指出，市場資金重回電子股，台股今日盤面重點以蘋概及漲價族群為重點。
台股今天電子成交比重占大盤達 48%，包括蘋概股燿華 (2367-TW)、華通 (2313-TW) 及漲價族群的達邁 (3645-TW) 與立隆等，成為盤面重點；風電及生技族群股價轉弱。
黃漢成指出，台股今日集中市場量能萎縮，原因在美國可能攻打敘利亞，外資態度轉趨保守，另外，市場籌碼來看，加權指數 1 萬 1000 點上檔仍有壓力，影響盤勢走勢。
台股今日早盤開在 10984.12 點，最高 11008.2 點，最低 10941.34 點，目前指數仍站穩所有均線，黃漢成說，台股重新站回 1 萬 1000 點將是遲早的事。

推薦精美禮品處協理簡伯儀說，股王大立光 (3008-TW) 今日將召開法人說明會，對第 2 季的的展望將影響日後蘋概股表現。
證券分析師張陳浩指出，今日盤中中環 (2323-TW)、錸德 (2349-TW) 及二線光學族群走揚，顯示內資勇於介入低基期族群，顯然對目前台股走勢看法仍然偏多。
