昨日，副總統拜登和博士抵達布加勒斯特，羅馬尼亞 - 在他們為期三天的訪問羅馬尼亞和塞浦路斯的第一站。

當我深入研究『臺灣歷史』之後，我有很深很深的感慨、感嘆、感觸，先從今天美國總統奧巴馬給我的Email“標題”說起：

從1943/06/22→24，無恥不要臉的蔣介石夫人在美國白宮「出賣肉體」，換取了與美國羅斯福同意共同瓜分旅順、大連和臺灣之後，從此美國便得到了『大腸癌』。

美國得到了『大腸癌』：天災不斷、人禍連連、萬事不順、威望下滑、、、

1、1943/11/22→26，美英中三國領袖在開羅會議，英邱吉爾拒簽開羅宣言，美總統羅斯福「被打臉」；並違背當時的慣例：「兩國以上國家元首會面，都會有共同宣言。」惟獨「開羅會議」沒有共同宣言。

2、1945/4/12，美國總統羅斯福突然腦溢血暴斃，由副總統杜魯門繼任美國總統。

3、1945/8/15，日本宣佈無條件投降；1945/09/02麥克阿瑟元帥宣佈給日本的『第一號命令』：

4、瓜分中國的東北九省〈滿州國〉由俄軍接受日軍投降及繳械；北越、臺灣及中國戰區，由蔣介石接受日軍投降及繳械。

5、1946/01/12，中國行政院行文：「節參字第01297號訓令」：查臺灣人民原係我國國民，以受敵人侵略，致喪失國籍。茲國土重光，其原有我國國籍之人民，自34年10月25日起應即恢復為我國籍。」以如此荒謬，在沒有任何法律依據下，擅自將臺灣人民偽造為中國籍，嚴重違反國際法，美英兩國立即提出嚴重抗議，拒絕承認。

6、韓戰、越戰、伊拉克戰爭、、、最近的敘利亞、北韓、烏克蘭、越南，越來越顯示出美國作戰兵力的疲憊不堪，漸漸的喪失了世界領導地位，雖然武力還是超強，但在投鼠忌器下，卻讓出了領導地位。
