馬英九牠是罪魁禍首，卻想要把頭縮回去，開什麼“院際會議」真正是：「夠無恥的烏龜」，毫無擔當。

 

※※『服務貿易協議』〈以下簡稱：─服貿〉的由來：

1、此次「服務貿易協議」，完全是由馬英九個人“授權給中國政府制定”臺灣無人參與，事前臺灣無人知悉此事。

2、等到中國“制訂好了”之後，通知馬英九，這個賣國賊馬英九，令親信到中國上海簽署簽收，一字不能改，拿回臺灣。

3、拿回來臺灣之後，全國譁然，後來經由民進黨與中國國民黨立法委員在立法院『政黨協商』：此次「服務貿易協議」必須要逐條逐項討論，經立法院〈國會〉院長、副院長、中國國民黨黨團與民進黨黨團幹部，“簽名”一致同意。

4、在立法院委員會由“民進黨籍陳其邁委員”擔任召集人時，中國國民黨籍立法委員卻續意杯葛，逐條逐項討論不成。

5、這個星期換為中國國民黨籍立法委員張慶忠為召集人，民進黨籍立法委員一樣杯葛，在立法院打了三天。

6、無恥的『孬種』的中國豬“馬英九”，下令給中國國民黨籍立法委員，限定：『在今年六月前必須通過，否則黨紀處分：「除權兩年」。

7、於是中國國民黨籍立法委員張慶忠為召集人時，民進黨佔據主席台，與中國國民黨籍立法委員打成一團，混亂之際，中國國民黨張慶忠為召集人，卻躲藏在別處柱子底下，用隱藏式麥克風，宣佈將“服貿”送出委員會〈不是在主席台〉，因此引爆此次“學運”。

此次“學運”主要原因：

4、結果：中國國民黨反悔，背信，不要逐條逐項討論，因為馬英九下一個命令：「服務貿易協議」必須在最短時間內完成審議，並且一個字也不能改，因此引爆了立法委員在於立法院大戰三天，致使許多學生看不下去，因而引爆此次“學運”。

 

如今學運方興未艾，已經開始漫延開來，嘉義，高雄已經有民眾開始呼應了。2014/3/20

數十名反服貿學生今天（18日）晚上兵分多路闖入立法院，並且佔領議場主席台，抗議國民黨強勢宣布服貿送院會存查。（記者張嘉明攝）

〔本報訊〕國民黨17日強勢宣布服貿協議直接送院會存查，今天（18日）晚上有公民團體在立法院群賢樓外舉行「守護民主之夜」表達抗議，晚會進行到9點左右，有數十名學生以「打游擊」方式，分別從立院正門、濟南路側門，兵分多路闖入立院，進而佔領主席台，警方接獲通報後也立刻趕往現場，雙方爆發衝突。

　抗議國民黨偷渡服貿協議，公民團體今晚在立院外舉行晚會，約9點左右，突然有數十名學生分別從側門、大門等衝進立院，大喊反服貿口號，還有人直接席地而坐。

　警察接獲通報後，立刻到場支援，雙方爆發衝突，目前反服貿學生已經攻破立院大門，闖入議場並占領主席台，並揚言要占領主席台直到21日，要求重新實質審查服貿協議。

　「捍衛苗栗青年聯盟」及「公民監督國會聯盟」隨即也在粉絲專頁po上相關照片，並聲稱憤怒人民，已經攻佔立院議場！這應該是立法院史上的第一次！網友則留言支持表示「感謝你們願意衝到第一線！看到你們衝進去讓我這個無法到現場的人覺得好感動！」。
