肅殺之氣瀰漫整個臺灣，白色恐怖更是鬼影幢幢，匪諜、特務、走狗、老鼠，相互輝映，交織成一片天羅地網，網住了臺灣天空，靜悄悄的等待臺灣人民：「稍微不慎說溜嘴」、「對現實不滿」、「對政府不滿」、「思想傾匪」、、、非殺即關。
在獨裁毒夫蔣介石的血腥鎮壓，恐怖統治下，臺灣人民噤若寒蟬，任誰也不敢去觸犯牠們的禁忌，這樣的「獨裁毒夫」，遠遠超過德國希特勒的獨裁，更是超過史達林的雙手血腥！這樣的暴政是誰拱起來的？是誰賦予牠們國家政府暴力的？是誰在背後支撐牠們的？──是美國政府。
