1972→79年臺灣政治案件『被害人民』名錄
【作者再強調一次：關於政治案件部分，作者每年所列出者，僅係一小部分，冰山之一角而已；據一九八九年六月二十一日法務部向立法院所做的報告：軍事法庭所受理的政治案件有二萬九千四百零七件，受難人數約壹拾肆萬人；據司法院人員透露，政治案件有六、七萬件，如以每案三人計算，白色恐怖時期，政治受難者應有二十萬人以上（資料來源：美國大學教授，財團法人陳文成博士紀念基金會出版的《人權之路》）。以此推論，蔣經國當行政院長後，便將大部分的政治案件移轉至「普通法院」判決，他的目的在「移轉國際目光的焦點」，以配合中國國民黨對外宣稱：「臺灣只有刑事犯，沒有政治思想犯。」的掩飾之詞，中國人真夠無恥，『敢作不敢當』的孬種；尤其是法官，百分之百是中國國民黨黨員，他們唯命是從，故造成有史以來『司法已死』之譏。故司法官為終生職，為了生活和生存、自私自利故，只好唯命是從，可悲者也！】

1、四月二十一日，臺灣獨立革命軍溫連章案；溫連章、姜啟我等四人，四人五至十五年，每人以十年計，共計四十年
2、六月二十八日，成功大學大陸社案；胡添培、黃麗華等六人，各感化三年，共計十八年。
3、六月二十八日，黃紀男、鍾謙順等三人，三人十至十五年（黃、鍾三進宮《臺灣歷史全集》）。
4、十月一日臺灣獨立革命軍鄭評案：鄭評死刑、兩人無期徒刑、兩人各十年。
一九七三年：
1、四月二十六日，臺灣大學哲學系事件：趙天儀、陳鼓應等人，十四位學者被趕出臺灣大學任教。〔作者按：此卷宗原存於教育部，但卻不翼而飛，似乎是有權、有心人士怕被曝光，利用職權竊走。〕
一九七四年：
1、二月一日，臺大林文章臺獨案；林文章十年有期徒刑。
2、四月一日，林清水張貼標語案：林清水八年有期徒刑。

一九七七年：
1、一月七日，郵包炸彈案：王幸男，無期徒刑。（寄郵件包裹，內裝炸藥寄給臺奸謝東閔，炸斷謝手指。）
2、二月一日，阿里山事件吳銘輝案：吳銘輝八個月。
3、十一月五日，人民解放陣線案：戴華光、賴明烈等十人：戴華光無期徒刑、一人十五年、一人十二年、三人三年。
4、十一月十九日，中壢事件：江文國、張治平當場被擊斃、八人二年四個月至十二年不等。

一九七九年：
1、一月六日，吳泰安案：吳泰安、余素貞等十三人：吳死刑、兩人無期徒刑、九人十至十二年。
2、一月二十一日，余登發父子案：余登發八年、余瑞言二年。
3、八月七日，《潮流》陳博文案：初控叛亂，因陳婉真在美國絕食抗議，故裁定交保。
4、八月三十日，《富堡之聲》洪誌良案：洪誌良五年。
5、九月四日，張化民案：張化民十年（二度入獄）
