1、1941/8/14美國羅斯福總統與英國邱吉爾首相共同發表：『大西洋憲章」，其主旨：第二次世界大戰後，擁有殖民地的國家，必須釋放出所有殖民地，讓該殖民地人民自己組織政府，獨立自主。
2、1942/1/1美國羅斯福總統唯恐英國不履行，所以發表：『聯合國宣言』，其主旨：追認『大西洋憲章」之主張，並邀請參戰盟國共同簽署，後共有26個參戰大國聯署，這下英國跑不掉了；但26個參戰大國聯署中，就有中華民國。
3、1943/6/22→24，在美國訪問的蔣介石夫人，應羅斯福總統之邀再度進入白宮，手握中國蔣介石稱之為：『至關緊要之六條密件』，要求羅斯福總統，逐條答覆，其中之第4條：4、關於旅順、大連、臺灣，中美海空軍共用事，羅對兄意表示（似有脫漏），並謂俟中國準備完妥之後，美即可退出。
【說明：旅順、大連是美國羅斯福總統答應軍、經援助中國的代價，而臺灣當時是日本的殖民地，戰後日本必須釋出『臺灣』〈見上1、2〉，蔣介石貪婪之心一起，企圖與美國共同瓜分併吞『臺灣』，才會加上去。】
4、1943/11/22→26開羅會議，被英國首相邱吉爾識破，不肯簽署開羅宣言為他們背書，因為這是非常明顯的『互相抵觸』：羅斯福總統等於是自打嘴巴、自毀承諾，怎麼對『大西洋憲章」和『聯合國宣言』交代？這就是：『美國大腸癌的病原菌』。
5、1945/4/12人在做、天在看，「上帝」忿怒之下立即褫奪了罪魁禍首羅斯福總統的生命；另一個罪魁禍首蔣介石夫婦，才剛勝利不久，就被他的政敵中國共產黨，一路追著打，才短短四年，就被趕出中國，流亡臺灣，這是真正的“賠了夫人又折兵”的歷史真實版。
6、第二次世界大戰後的聯合國憲章76條b正是追認『大西洋憲章」和『聯合國宣言』的精神；舊金山和平條約第二章

Yesterday,
President Obama spoke at ArcelorMittal's steel factory in
Cleveland, Ohio. ArcelorMittal is the largest supplier of steel
to the U.S. auto manufacturing sector.
But
just a few years ago, President Obama said, the economy was in
free fall and the auto industry was on the brink of collapse.
That meant demand for steel had dried up. Nearly 1,200
steelworkers were furloughed from the factory.
Shortly
after taking office, President Obama stepped in to give the auto

“We rolled up our sleeves, we made some tough choices,” he
said. “We rescued and retooled the American auto industry;
