3、一月四日，嘉義金木山讀書會案：金木山、蘇欐岑等十一人：兩人死刑、七人十至十三年，每人以十一年半計算，共八十年半。
4、一月十二日，市工委松山第六機場溥慶華案：溥慶華、吳聲潤等四人：溥慶華死刑、三人各十二年，共三十六年。
5、一月二十五日省工委桃園龜山支部陳盛妙案：陳盛妙、卓阿臣等三十二人：五人死刑、十五人五至十年，每人以七年半計算共一百十二年半。
6、二月一日「獄中叛亂」梁鍾濬案：梁鍾濬、蘇爾挺十四人：五人死刑、一人無期徒刑、八人七至十五年，每人以十一年計算，共八十八年，合計一百零八年。
7、二月五日，彭嘯生案：彭嘯生死刑。
8、二月十三日，新民主主義青年團盧慶秀案：陳水炎、李振樂等二十三人：六人死刑、一人無期徒刑、七人五至十年，每人以七年半計算共五十二年半、加上無期徒刑合計七十二年半。
9、二月十四日，陸軍少校于成志案：于成志、曲德修，兩人死刑。
10、二月十五日，省工委竹南區委會李建章案：李建章、詹俊英等十五人：兩人死刑、六人各十年共六十年。
11、三月一日周作民案：周作民、戚耀富等十人：一人無期徒刑、七人五至十年，每人以七年半計算共五十二年半，加一無期徒刑合計七十二年半。
12、四月一日，陳福星案：陳福星、蕭道應等人：四一九人被捕：陳福星、蕭道應等人自新、餘有槍斃、有判刑。（情況不明，故未入總帳）。
