    因為馬英九無信無義，無能力完成競選政見和承諾，還在其次，竟然還違背臺灣人民，要將臺灣整個送給中國，臺灣逢此劇變時期，^再晚不得不有所作為，否則勢必被馬英九將臺灣賤售給中國，屆時後悔已經來不及了！以下是「臺灣人民宣言」，敬請連署。

　　若連署能快速超過一百萬人時，將下列「臺灣人民宣言」（含英譯本）刊登在報紙頭版，提前宣告公諸於世，並繼續貼在本人之部落格〈Email;t_history@pchome.com.tw http://mypaper.pchome.com.tw/news/t_history〉，請尚未上網簽名連署者（含英文版）繼續連署，直到超過馬英九的得票數〈766萬票〉；接著進入第二階段，將成立臺灣平民臨時政府和臺灣人民法院……，立即審理政治案件及解決失業勞工問題，在兩個月內，臺灣失業率一定在1%以下（必須由本人執政算起），否則本人必定自殺謝罪，放心！本人必定做得到。

臺灣人民宣言(預計在2010/02/28正式宣告)

　　我們臺灣人民住在臺灣已經兩萬年以上，是由南島民族陸續移民到臺灣來的，並不是明、清、中國人；在三百八十五年前，始由荷蘭侵占後，再被明鄭強占。明、清侵略後，於 1758 年逼迫臺灣人民的姓名更改為中國漢族姓名，變成假漢人；至1895年割讓給日本；1945年日本戰敗後，由盟軍派中國蔣介石到臺灣接受日本投降和繳械後，本應於1952年4月28日舊金山對日和平條約生效後，九十天內離開臺灣回去中國，但蔣介石和中共發生內戰，被中共掃地出門，回不去了，因此就竊占臺灣迄今。明、清、中國侵略竊占臺灣，至西元二○一○年四月四日止，剛好滿三百年。現在流亡在臺灣的中華民國政權是詐騙竊占臺灣的詐騙竊盜集團；與流亡印度的西藏達賴喇嘛是相同的國際地位。

　1. 請馬英九先生拿出「開羅宣言」出來證明，你們並非詐騙竊占。
歷史證明：世界上根本就沒有「開羅宣言」（見拙著《臺灣歷史全集》第501頁）。

　2. 甚至連「中華民國憲法」國土範圍內，並沒有臺灣、澎湖，可見臺灣、澎湖絕不屬於中國。

　3. 最近馬英九又要詐騙，說「中日和約」已經將臺灣、澎湖歸還中華民國，立遭本人反駁（見拙著《臺灣歷史全集》內中日和約第793～809頁）。

　　現在流亡在臺灣的中國國民黨政權知道「臺灣歷史真相」已現，詐騙詐術已被拆穿戳破，於是加速賣臺傾中，企圖「賤賣臺灣給中華人民共和國」，以攫取個人之名利地位，基此，我們宣告如下：

　1. 凡是流亡的中國國民黨政府與中華人民共和國政府所簽署的協議、條約……等等皆屬無效，與臺灣及臺灣人民無關，因臺灣人民並未參加和認可，故概行作廢。

　2. 凡是流亡在臺灣的中國殘兵敗將和難民（西元一九四五年十月十六日以後來臺的）迅速離臺，否則臺灣人民將要報仇雪恨（如二二八事件的屠殺和掠奪、三十八年來的長期白色恐怖殺戮和冤獄黑牢），我們將依法追究到底，絕不罷手。以上宣告。

Declaration of Taiwanese People

(to be promulgated on August 18, 2009)

We Taiwanese people have been living in Taiwan for more than twenty Thousand years and are descendants of Austronesian immigrants who settled in Taiwan, not the descendants of Ming loyalists who retreated to Taiwan or descendants of Qing immigrants or Chinese immigrants. Our ancestors lived in Taiwan peacefully until 385 years ago when the Dutch invaded into Taiwan, which was followed by Ming loyalist Zheng’s occupation of Taiwan and then Qing Dynasty’s occupation of Taiwan. In 1895, the Qing Dynasty ceded Taiwan to Japan. Upon the Japanese defeat at the end of the Second World War, i.e., 1945, the Allies dispatched then Chinese leader Chiang Kai-shek’s troops to Taiwan to accept the formal surrender of Japanese military forces in Taiwan. Chiang Kai-shek’s troops were supposed to leave Taiwan for China after April 28, 1952, i.e., the date the San Francisco Treaty of Peace with Japan came into effect. However, Chiang Kai-shek’s troops lost a civil war against the Chinese communist army and eventually were driven out of China by the Chinese communist army, and in consequence Chiang Kai-shek’s troops occupied Taiwan illegally until now. As of April 4, 2010, Taiwan will have been occupied by Ming Dynasty, Qing Dynasty, and China for exactly three hundreds year. A fraud gang which fled to Taiwan and occupies Taiwan, the Republic of China regime occupies Taiwan fraudulently and stealthily. From an international political perspective, the Republic of China regime in Taiwan enjoys the same political status as exiled Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama in India.

1. Mr. Ma Ying-jeou should try to present the Cairo Declaration (1943) to persuade the Taiwanese people to believe that you and your accomplices are not fraudulent stealthy gangsters. Historical proofs of nonexistence of the so-called Cairo Declaration abound (see Collections on Taiwanese History, page 501).

2. The Constitution of Republic of China does not even specify Taiwan and the Pescadores as part of the territory of Republic of China; hence, Taiwan and the Pescadores do not belong to China.

3. Lately, Ma Ying-jeou lies again and alleges that Taiwan and the Pescadores were returned to the Republic of China under the Sino-Japanese Peace Treaty. Promptly, I rebuke the lie (see Collections on Taiwanese History, pages 793 – 809 for the Sino-Japanese Peace Treaty).

The exiled China’s Kuomintang regime in Taiwan is well aware that the facts about Taiwanese history have been clarified and the regime’s lies have been busted, and thus the regime is speeding up its embrace of China in an attempt to “sell Taiwan to the People’s Republic of China at a fire sale price” and thereby fish for fame and benefits. Hence, we declare as follows:

1. All conventions and treaties entered, or to be entered, by and between the exiled government of China’s Kuomintang and the government of the People’s Republic of China shall be null and void and unrelated to Taiwan and the Taiwanese people, because the Taiwanese people did not, and will not, sign or ratify the conventions and treaties.

2. All former Chinese army officers and soldiers and former Chinese refugees in exile in Taiwan (those who arrived in Taiwan after October 16, 1945) should leave Taiwan immediately, or we will take revenge. (such as the massacre and looting that happened during the 228 incident in 1947 and the ensuing White Terror). We would definitely bring the perpetrators to justice.
