民宿便宜預訂 Please note that guests can utilise the outdoor pool at a fee. This is to be paid directly at the property. Rates are as follow:

For security reasons, please note that all transactions at the property should be made with only Premiere Haven personnels wearing an official ID. Please inform Premiere Haven at Shell Residences Condominium in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of PHP 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
