The elaborate design of the chassis contributes to a

大林慈醫提醒 年後減重少吃多動
春節假期結束，許多人過年期間吃吃喝喝，體重上升，又要展開減重大計。營養師提醒，肥胖者體重降低百分之五，就能改善血壓與血糖，均衡少吃加多動，是減重的不二法門。
大林慈濟醫院腫瘤中心營養師凃宜辰表示，根據2013年至2016年國民營養健康變遷調查，台灣成人過重及肥胖盛行率為45.4%，男性有53.4%，女性則有38.3%。台灣人有兩項冠軍，分別是愛吃肉、不愛動，也因此造成我們是亞洲肥胖冠軍。要如何減重？凃宜辰說，人體攝取熱量與消耗熱量就猶如一個蹺蹺板，當攝取熱量高於消耗熱量，體重就會上升。例如過年時長時間坐著不動，一直吃零食，體重當然會增加。
凃宜辰建議，每天均衡飲食，最好吃25種以上食物，不要因為某種蔬菜葉很好，就每天吃固定一種蔬菜，最好每天換不同種類與顏色的食物。對減肥最重要的是天天五蔬果，選擇紅、綠、黃、白、黑等五色蔬果，避免高脂食物如控肉、雞皮、魚肚等，烹調方式盡量用清蒸、水煮、清燉、烤、滷、涼拌，不吃油炸食品，減少油脂攝取。
在飲食技巧方面，進食順序為先喝湯、吃青菜，再攝取低脂蛋白質(豆腐或是魚肉或雞胸肉)、纖維高全榖根莖類，進食時細嚼慢嚥；看電視時的零嘴可以用水果、堅果，取代高熱量爆米花、洋芋片、瓜子等零食；凃宜辰表示，每天上午8點、中午12點、下午5點及半夜一點，身體飢餓素分泌旺盛，若是熬夜不睡，就會想吃宵夜，建議要按時睡覺，不要熬夜也很重要，才不會有想吃宵夜欲望，更不要因為壓力用「吃」來抒壓。均衡少吃而不是只有某一樣不吃，均衡飲食加上多運動，就有希望可以減重成功。

新北春安勞檢 開罰15家、10處停工
菲律賓新聞記者遭槍殺 近兩年來11人
（中央社記者林行健馬尼拉7日專電）菲律賓南部一名新聞工作者，今天下午在光天化日下遭兩名歹徒開槍射殺身亡，警方正在調查此案。他是2016年6月底杜特蒂就任總統近兩年來第11名遇害的新聞工作者。
事件發生在北納卯省（Davao del Norte）巴納博市（Panabo）。當地警方說，受害人德諾拉（Dennis Denora）是社區報的發行人，現年67歲。
巴納博市位於菲國南部民答那峨島，距馬尼拉約1460公里，距杜特蒂（Rodrigo Duterte）的家鄉納卯市約40公里。
警方說，下午2時左右，兩名騎機車的嫌犯趨近德諾拉所乘轎車，連開數槍，德諾拉頭部中兩彈，他的司機被流彈波及，繼續往前駕駛約300公尺後跳車逃生。
歹徒襲擊動機尚待調查，警方說，他在當地是一位知名的新聞從業人員，從了經營社區報之外，也是一家區域性大報的特約記者。
菲律賓全國記者聯盟（NUJP）發表聲明譴責這起事件，稱這是對新聞自由的攻擊，使得菲國媒體環境進一步惡化。
聲明說，如果德諾拉之死與工作有關，那麼他就是1986年以來第184名因公被殺的新聞工作者，也是杜特蒂上任以來的第11人。
菲律賓全國記者聯盟呼籲政府採取具體行動，遏止對新聞工作者的攻擊，並儘速將犯案者繩之於法。
根據「無國界記者組織」（RSF）公布的2018年世界新聞自由指數，菲律賓在180國或地區當中排名第133名，較2017年的127名退步6名。（編輯：郭中翰）1070607
