我的車車也來鍍膜嚕~~來自工研院研發技轉~黃金甲奈米鑽石鍍膜
首先先要感謝科斯莫科技公司邱先生的熱情贊助測試!
此次測試的產品為第三代黃金甲科技奈米鑽石鍍膜[噴罐]系列，搭配同為科斯莫公司與工研院合作技轉的鑽石奈米科技噴蠟!
測試車種:HONDA CIVIC GT 3D版 (此車為台灣僅存最後一輛GT款)
行駛總里程:5萬1千公里
烤漆程度:原車色為紅色，2006年重新烤漆為黑色
(據車主口述，重烤漆後幾乎沒行駛，均停放自己車庫)

測試地點:高雄市三民區大昌二路
氣溫:攝氏26度
天氣狀況:晴天
依照標準汽車鍍膜程序(噴罐類)
車子要先行清洗乾淨後，去除表面髒汙與顆粒
這是由老闆親自操刀~!明展高雄已經有10年的美容汽車經驗!
店內亦有進口鍍膜服務嚕!!
不過，我想透過專業師傅的雙手~來做測試會比較準確度和公信力
接下來就是等待上第一層蠟
我們用的就是奈米汽車專用噴蠟(噴罐組)
上蠟後等待期為10分鐘
等待奈米粒子附著後即可推臘
開始推臘了~~~效果立現~這可是噴蠟而已喔
老闆知道我要做測試的~特別用心的擦拭
還不錯~~!!
亮度是夠的~不過重頭戲還在後面
準備進行第二道工法~~噴上奈米鍍膜!!
奈米鍍膜噴罐型一罐約可噴兩台車~因我自己本身就是做奈米3c鍍膜服務
對於她的抗刮性~及潑水性其實已有相當的認識與信心!
但3c鍍膜的原料成分畢竟與汽車不同~奈米粒子也不盡相同!
我蠻好奇以噴灌下去做施工後所得到的抗度~能與手機鍍膜一樣好??!!
不過據邱先生的資訊，汽車噴罐型奈米鍍膜要發揮成型硬度~
必須於施工後等待48小時再看比較準確!
好吧~~等等就把車停回停車場等待
實際上噴奈米鍍膜必須經過2次施噴，以縱橫工法施工才是標準做法喔
施工完畢~靜待10分鐘後開始擦拭車身~光亮效果立現!!光度尚稱ok~!
也許是因為天色也暗了~
施工後觀感(我以消費者角度試驗)
如果在噴蠟的部分能夠在原料中加強光亮度的質感~再加上第二道施工的奈米鍍膜
會有更加倍的加分效果!!!
今天太累了~~~不寫了
不過看起來~或是經過手觸~及美容店師傅的評價來說~都說的確是有上到膜!還不錯
