台灣燈會主燈將會在元宵節開幕點燈，不過從今（15）日開始試營運，遊客們就能搶先看了，透過《三立新聞》鏡頭帶您來看這次大鵬灣燈區的特色，除了能看到戴斗笠的HELLO KITTY，還首次開放夜間遊船能欣賞水上燈飾相當浪漫，以及15公尺高的海之女神，裙擺是用30萬顆蚵殼編織而成相當吸睛。

未成年遭誘拍私密照 民團籲勿輕判
【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】近期誘拍未成年私密照案件猖獗，但法院往往給予被告低額交保候傳。民進黨立委李麗芬與民團13日召開記者會，呼籲法院裁定羈押時，除斟酌嫌犯涉案行為情狀外，應考量網路科技易於複製、快速傳播、無法徹底刪除的特性，「若僅判低額交保恐使嫌犯易於煙滅證據，甚至再度犯案或對原被害人威脅恐嚇，重傷害兒少身心發展。」
根據台灣展翅協會「web547檢舉熱線」受理案件，張貼兒少私密照由2016年222件暴增到2017年的1103件，進一步統計協會受諮詢案件也發現，有15.38%諮詢涉及性愛視訊被側錄、偷拍或自拍私密影響後輩恐嚇威脅。婦女救援基金會調查則指出，高達45%男性及34%女性拍攝過性私密影像，2成在未成年時拍攝，求助專線中接獲求助者最小也才不到10歲，在在顯示問題的嚴重性。
李麗芬進一步指出，以去年7月台大林姓學生誘騙121位未成年少女拍攝裸露及猥褻照片一案為例，只要少女傳了第一張照片，林男就會以散布裸照方式脅迫少女繼續拍照片給他欣賞，造成被害少女身心嚴重受創，然而，儘管此案受害者眾多，法院也僅判5萬元交保，引發輿論撻伐。
針對日前職務法庭將涉性騷擾女助理的前法官陳鴻斌解職改判罰薪，該案受命法官陳志祥在接受廣播訪問時說，「法官可貴的地方就是不用迎合輿論。」李麗芬認為，法官當然有他們的獨立性和專業性，但捍衛社會的進步價值也是法官可貴的地方，「司法應對於性別暴力防治採取『零容忍』的態度，否則就是因為法官認為兒少犯罪不算是重大犯罪，才會輕判加害者交保。」
「網路誘騙少女私密影像事件，往往導致被害人身心受創，甚至因而自殺。」民團呼籲，面對誘拍及散布私密影像議題，除了要做好預防教育宣導，主管機關應從防治與保護被害人立場檢討立法，此外，法院裁定羈押時，除斟酌嫌犯涉案行為情狀外，也應考量網路科技易於複製、快速傳播、無法徹底刪除的特性，若僅判低額交保恐使嫌犯易於煙滅證據，甚至再度犯案或對原被害人威脅恐嚇，重傷害兒少身心發展。
