食記-大溪二畝園刀削麵館<新竹青草湖遊記 part 1>

Taiwan Taoyuan (Dasi Township)- Delicious Sliced Noodle House <Hsin Chu Green Grass Lake Travel Notes Part 1>

記得2009年3月，nana出遊來到桃園，晚上肚子餓，開車到大溪鎮上看看有什麼可以吃的，沒想到在黑漆漆的省道上，竟然看到一家人聲鼎沸，車水馬龍到車子停到路邊第二排了，裡面竟然還有Live band! 這是nana第一次與刀削麵館--二畝園—的美味相遇!

Remember on March 2009 night, nana traveled to Taoyuan. On the side of dark road, there was a crowded noodle house attracted nana’s eye. Because the crowds are conflicted to this countryside road, nana even saw a live band playing in the noodle house; therefore, nana decided to step into the noodle house and first time tasted delicious noodle dishes.

2010 3/11下南部出遊的第一站，不由自主的下大溪交流道，再度品嘗久違了的北方道地麵食!

On the March 11^th2010， nana second time visit this noodle house, take look the following photos, nana bets you will feel hunger later !

不起眼的鐵皮屋，二畝園外觀與停車場，若不是nana曾經見識過晚上門庭若市的樣子，這樣的小麵館，實在很難引起注意!

Noodle house is very ordinary, nothing special. Can you image the crowds at night? If nana wasn’t there before, nana will never notice this noodle house by just looking its appearance.

看到沒有，牆上的-削飛翻滾-的海報，師傅對麵的氣魄，在此表露無遺!

Poster on the wall，words means “noodle is flying”. You can feel the proud of the chief!

先來看看小菜醉雞，看到那個膠凍了沒，nana的朋友在nana還沒有拍照前，就先吃了一口! 另外我們還叫了小菜水煮花生，有入味，軟硬適中! Nana忘了拍照!

還有餡餅1顆(NT25)，小小的一顆，真的蠻小一顆，nana的小嘴5口就吃完它! 第一口會有肉汁噴出來喔，小心燙到!

Side dishes are drunken chicken, boiling peanuts, and meat pie! You can see the meat jelly spreading all over the drunken chicken! Watch out when you eat meat pie, you may get burn when the juicy splashing out of your mouth! All the side dish is very tasty!

主菜-刀削牛肉炒麵 (NT80)，配色紅蘿蔔，青剛菜高麗菜，辣椒，牛肉絲，真是漂亮阿! 看看麵的厚度，可以想像麵條在nana嘴裡的扎實有嚼勁的口感嗎?

Main dish- sliced fried noodle (NT80) stir fry with beef, carrot, cabbage, red pepper. Noodle texture is chewy, perfect to those who enjoy chewy noodles. Sliced noodle is a traditional Northern China noodle. Chief use a thin iron sheet “peeling the dough ”，then you will see the sliced noodles.

隨便抓的圖，不要太認真

主菜- 三鮮蒸餃(NT75，1籠10粒)，nana最愛吃蝦仁了啦! 每一顆裡面都有飽滿的鮮肉與紅通通的蝦仁，好-美----味阿! 但是第三鮮是啥米? Nana實在搞不清楚ㄟ，總之這種有蝦仁的蒸餃，在鼎泰豐沒有180是吃不到的。

Main dish- Steam dumpling (meat and shirmp)，price is only NT75/10 pcs. If you are a tourist and known a famous Taipei restaurant – Din Tai Fung， it will cost you at least NT180 to enjoy steam dumpling! In here, price is not a problem.

平價的美味，看看菜單就知道，nana與友人兩人吃下來才200元，看到別桌吃的小米粥，抓餅…等，nana實在力有未逮! Nana回家後看到別人的blog大力推薦二畝園的炸醬麵，nana也沒吃到，看來nana還得抽空跑一趟!

Look at the menu, price ranges from NT25 to NT80, affordable and very friendly price with good quality dishes.

Live Band的表演是星期五晚上6點到7點半，但nana記得去年去吃的時候，已經8點了還是有在演奏，可能店家會看情形吧! 只是大家都在大口吃麵，喝湯的，這個Live band的功力，nana沒注意，所以不評論!

Live band is playing every Friday night from 6pm to 7:30pm; however, no one cares about the band, delicious food is much more important.

牆上還有掛賣天下第一辣的辣椒醬外賣，但是沒有實品可以品嘗，店家實在不會做生意，還能吃點辣的nana在不知對手到底是如何的情況下，並沒有捧場!

Nana這個北方大妞，麵食是最麻吉nana的口味了，喜歡品嘗麵食的朋友下次去大溪時，不見得只買豆干，還可以繞到二畝園嚐嚐到地的北方麵食喔!

nana在查詢大溪鎮官網時發現大溪出現兩種版本的翻譯，一個是Dashi, 一個是Dasi，真是拜託長官們，統一一下吧! 這樣台灣怎麼國際化呢? Nana 20100315
