Ms. Misty Hyman gave a wonderful demonstration and explanation of dolphin kick (underwater kick, the term Misty used in the video). After watched this video I went to the pool trying out "big amplitude" dolphin kick on the side as Misty showed in the video. However, without a monofin but bare feet, it is difficult to achieve. I couldn't help feeling like buying a monofin.

With monofin, Misty swam like a fish, her move was so beautiful and elegant. I'll try to get a monfin, it really looks fun!
