民主黑潮聯盟昨到新北市中和區掃街，要國民黨立委張慶忠、林德福兩人「踹共」（出來講），並強調應通過「民間版」的兩岸協議監督條例。遊行群眾估計有2000人，沿途有零星反對民眾「嗆聲」，也有民眾送水打氣。
民主黑潮下午2點在中和四號公園中安街側廣場集合，因「白狼」張安樂就住附近，中、永和警方100多人嚴加戒備，張安樂、張慶忠和林德福都未現身。倒是有一名來還書的池姓男子，高聲向群眾說：「政府不能代表人民，那誰可以代表人民？」、「不懂學生在鬧甚麼？」有住戶開窗嗆聲：「不要鬧了啦！」
遊行群眾綿延超過200公尺，走到中和福和宮廣場，席地而坐、輪番開講，因事前未申請集會遊行，警方曾舉牌警告，但有民眾有備而來，高舉「只是路過，警察不要驅趕」的看板。
張慶忠說，他清明連假回坪林老家，知道有遊行「有刻意晚一點回去（中和）」，「現在誰會想和群眾有正面衝突？」他說，兩岸協議監督條例只有「行政院版」和「委員版」，就他所知法律上沒有「民間版」，他也不懂「民間版」的內容。
林德福昨說自己坦蕩蕩，反服貿訴求已經讓政府、人民知道，「適度就好」。現在群眾挾立院當籌碼做各種要求，是挑戰法律界線。昨遇上遊行，他照往例去騎單車運動，沒有刻意更動行程。
