加州FC 麻花色系A保暖刷毛大學服

?部分縣市因應環保署噪音新制，禁止「半夜自助洗衣」，不僅洗衣店業者抱怨不公，也有夜貓族民眾認為生活受影響。

「噪音都已符合標準，這項法令等同是要24小時自助洗衣店關門！」知名連鎖24小時洗衣業者總公司林姓經理表示，全台分店超過350家，只要有民眾反映「太吵」，就會輔導分店改善設備。

林姓經理批評，位於木柵的直營店至今已被連罰3次，嚴重影響收入，為此，目前設置在台北市的20家店，全數配合更改營業時間。

34歲民眾張康儀表示，因工作日夜顛倒，長達7年必須仰賴洗衣店深夜洗衣，現在被迫提早，很不習慣。

25歲延畢大學生呂易珊表示，宿舍只有2台洗衣機，每次都等到天荒地老，既然都要付錢，學校周邊的「自助洗」又常有優惠，當然成為大學生的最愛，對起宿舍相對便宜。新規定讓她沒法想什麼時候洗，就什麼時候洗，不過考量周邊住戶的安寧，她也可以接受改變洗衣時間。

26歲研究生陳韻帆表示，獨自租房子在外，只有洗衣機沒有烘乾機，自助洗是他最好的幫手，平時除了上課還要工作，通常都是深夜才會到家，洗衣、烘衣都在10點後，認為「會有影響」。

居住在板橋自助洗衣店樓上的27歲男子莊宜叡表示，自助洗衣店平時沒有很吵，會吵的應該是某些洗衣店的設備太過老舊才會被投訴，身為住戶當然希望能不要打擾安寧最好。
