?王金平進議場探望學生，最重要的觀察點不在「王金平釋出善意」，而在王金平此行動，是帶著朝野立委、黨團幹部一同前往。換句話說，儘管沒有「協商共識」之名，此次出擊，表面上看來是「朝野解決爭議的共同方案」，不過馬江是否接受，恐怕還是最大變數。

沈寂了20天，王金平終於出手，底線與學生一致，仍與國民黨主張有所差距，這是否就是王金平密而不宣的「口袋提案」，目前還不得而知；但硬要國民黨吞下來，尚有難度。

就國民黨而言，自318以來，府院黨高層幾乎沒有直接與王金平溝通的管道，僅透過政策會執行長林鴻池向王金平傳達彼此立場。回顧馬王政爭時，王金平獲得多數黨籍立委力挺，但在318學運後，王金平曖昧的態度，卻逐漸失去黨籍立委支持。

此次王金平打破沈默前往議場，據了解，並未直接知會府院黨高層，而是王金平自行聯絡黨團幹部，再由林鴻池告知總統府這個決定。這麼一來，王金平等於重新掌握了國民黨團，也是一場「實力展示」。

對民進黨而言，對此次學運的態度本就十分尷尬。既有「兩個太陽」的不同算計，又有美方和選票的矛盾壓力。即使黨團成員，對於要支持學運到什麼程度也未必態度一致。就算王金平帶著柯建銘見學生，也未必代表民進黨、黨團都挺王金平的做法。

可是王金平帶進立院的，不只是民進黨的黨團幹部，還有民進黨立委，相當程度就代表民進黨此次與王金平站在一起，也同意以王金平提出的方案解決爭議。如此一來，民進黨內即使還有反對的聲音，力道恐怕也會減弱許多。

王金平此次出招，不是孤身一人，在朝野立委護法之下，除了是做面子給學生看，也是做姿態給藍綠看。不過這麼一來，解決「占領立法院」的問題，答案將也將回到朝野立委和王金平身上。假如能圓滿解決，成就將歸屬王金平和朝野立委；但假如還是破局，恐怕就再沒有什麼牌可打了。
