Working principle of freeze dryer:

※The humid and high-temperature compressed air flows into the pre-cooler (for high-temperature type only) to dissipate heat, and then flows into the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the cold air discharged from the evaporator, reducing the temperature of the compressed air entering the evaporator.

 

The compressed air after heat exchange flows into the evaporator and exchanges heat with the refrigerant through the heat exchange function of the evaporator. The heat in the compressed air is taken away by the refrigerant, the compressed air is cooled rapidly, and the moisture in the humid air reaches the saturation temperature and condenses rapidly. The condensed water is condensed to form water droplets, which are rotated at high speed by a unique air-water separator, and the water is separated from the air due to centrifugal force, and the separated water is discharged from the automatic drain valve. The air pressure dew point after cooling can reach as low as 2°C.

 

The cooled cold air flows through the air heat exchange and exchanges heat with the high-temperature and humid hot air at the inlet. When the heat-exchanged cold air absorbs the heat of the inlet air and raises its temperature, the compressed air also passes through the secondary condenser of the refrigeration system. (The unique design of the same industry) The heat exchange with the high-temperature refrigerant makes the temperature of the outlet fully heated to ensure that the outlet air pipeline does not condense. At the same time, the cold source of the outlet air is fully utilized to ensure the condensation effect of the refrigeration system of the machine and the quality of the air at the outlet of the machine.

 

 

Working principle of adsorption dryer:

A large amount of air discharged from the air compressor flows in through the compressed air inlet pipe, and enters the operating tower in the two towers through the air valve, and the moisture in it will be absorbed by the adsorbent and dried. When the air flows to the top of the tower, all the moisture in the air is absorbed, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The whole cycle standard takes 10 minutes, and each tower runs for 5 minutes. One tower is in the process of working (operating tower), and the other tower is in the regeneration state (non-operating tower). The regeneration time is 4.5 minutes, and the continuous pressure time is 0.5 minutes. During the regeneration process, part of the dry air in the operating tower enters the non-operating tower through the regeneration air volume regulating valve, and the moisture in the tower is brought to the atmosphere through the silencer. The gas consumption during its operation is 12% of the processing capacity of the equipment.
