Early check-in and late check-outs are not possible, and a surcharge will apply for any check-out after 10:00.

There is a GBP 60 cleaning fee, which is charged during booking.
All bookings are subject to name and address verification; official photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport and proof of address, is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. Please note that this name and address must match the original name and address used to make the booking (If the name and/or address on the booking have/has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name and address but reserve the right to request ID. for the modified name and address in addition). If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

「瑪利歐吃金幣」超車 目擊者笑瘋：太奇葩了
: 逆向超車容易發生意外，但這樣的超車方式實在讓人忍不住大笑！一名網友在臉書發文，表示今(16)日開車前往谷關的路上，目擊一台白色小客車不斷嘗試超車，卻屢屢失敗，最後竟使出「奇葩式超車法」連壓了好幾支分隔錐，但最後還是沒有成功，整段過程讓網友看傻眼，更發出魔性笑聲直呼「到底是在開什麼啦！」
原PO在臉書「爆廢公社公開版」分享一段行車紀錄器的影片，他表示16日中午11點40分左右，在開車往谷關的路上，發現前方的白色小客車試圖超過前方的黑車，但礙於左側車道不斷有車經過，白車只能繼續等待機會，直到行經一段彎道，白車發現有空檔，便試著逆向超車，但疑似沒有注意到該處道路中間被分隔錐隔住，當場連壓了好幾支分隔錐，且最後還是超車失敗，默默回到原本車道，原PO在後面看到這段畫面整個大爆笑「X！這太奇葩了！啊哈哈哈哈......這個底盤應該都刮傷了吧」一旁的友人也驚訝表示「他在幹嘛」！
影片在網路上曝光後，引起網友熱議，紛紛笑回「太好笑真療癒」、「原來這個是這樣壞的」、「超級瑪琍！」、「給底盤撓癢癢」、「真的夠奇葩的」、「底盤菊花」、「胯下癢，不行嗎」、「過彎處超車...不可取啊」、「這招不是傳說中的吃金幣嗎」還有不少人認為原PO的魔性笑聲才是最大亮點，原PO也回覆表示，白車的駕駛是一個老阿伯，一路試圖逆向超車，但動力不足好幾次差點被撞，本來只是想拍段影片紀念，沒想到意外拍到奇葩畫面。
