中國大陸H7N9流感疫情頻傳，國內發生多起H5N6高病原性禽流感疫情，高雄市亦在二月四日出現首例境外移入H7N9病例，疫情一觸即發。高市府為表達對抗禽流感的決心，提前做好防疫整備，於昨（十五）日在市府四維行政中心召開「一○六年度第一次禽流感跨局處整備會議」，研商相關因應作為。
主席林英斌副秘書長會中指示，市府防疫團隊即日起啟動跨局處分工，配合中央「跨部會及地方合作」、「邊境檢疫與疫情監測」、「檢驗量能與防疫知能強化」及「民眾溝通及衛教」四大重點防疫工作，並特別要求農業局建立高雄市養禽場名冊，排定各禽場清查及消毒行程，確實輔導並協助業者落實環境整備工作，以嚴防病毒入侵。衛生局呼籲，目前國內發生多起H5N6禽類養殖場感染案例，且中國大陸仍處H7N9流感高峰期，造成台灣禽流感防疫的嚴重威脅，即使有接種過流感疫苗，無論是當地台商或是計劃前往該地區的民眾仍不可掉以輕心。
（中央社河內15日電）越南北部萊州省（Lai Chau）日前發生食物中毒事件，造成7人死亡及數十人住院治療。越南衛生部食安局今天公布樣本檢驗結果，初步判斷這7人因飲用甲醇含量超標的假酒中毒死亡。
這起集體中毒事件發生在萊州省封土縣（PhongTho）馬離寨村（Ma Ly Chai）。60多歲的富姓男子10日邀請好幾位村民來自己住宅吃飯飲酒，當晚富姓男子便出現頭痛、噁心症狀，最後不治死亡。
許多村民隨後前往富家幫忙料理後事，並吃飯飲酒。但到13日，這些村民卻出現像死者般的頭痛、噁心症狀，其中6人送醫不治，另有33人送醫急救。
「民智報」新聞網站今天報導，事發後當地相關部門已採集食物和酒類樣本送驗，今天檢驗結果出爐，各酒類樣本有超標10倍至5500倍的甲醇（Methanol）含量，初步判斷這些人中毒原因是假酒中的甲醇所致。
報導指出，所有送醫治療的受害者經搶救後至今暫時脫離生命危險，但是可能造成視力減弱和記憶力變差等後遺症。越南衛生部門明天將安排優秀醫生團前往萊州省，向受害者提供必要藥物和治療協助。1060215
