羅志祥剛拿下第52屆金鐘獎「最佳綜藝節目主持人」獎，今（11）日照常進棚主持《娛樂百分百》節目錄影時，沒想到背部舊疾突然復發，痛到無法接續主持工作，工作人員趕緊將他送往醫院。同時，製作單位急電主持群中的Masha前來支援。然而敬業的羅志祥在醫生協助止痛後，仍執意再回到節目中，完成LIVE現場！搭檔邱宇辰忍不住問他為什麼不回去休養，羅志祥開玩笑表示：「因為是我拿獎後第一次主持嘛～」
羅志祥透露，他在約15年前到日本參加綜藝節目錄影時意外受傷，當時攝影棚內陳設高約3公尺的骨牌遊戲道具，需要快速的踩著骨牌往前衝，他卻不慎踩空跌落，羅志祥表示當時並沒有掉到鋪設海綿墊的安全區域，所以背部一落地，就感受到強烈撞擊，心想說：「糟了！」還好在休養後並無大礙，但這十幾年來仍會出現偶發的劇烈疼痛。

即便製作單位緊急請Masha來救援接下主持，但羅志祥仍心繫節目，在醫生幫他施打完類固醇止痛後，就急返攝影棚，不領酬勞參與今晚《娛百》的live主持，連醫生都驚呼：「你這樣還要回去主持？」雖然身體不舒服，但愛開玩笑的羅志祥仍強打精神，還不忘強調：「是背受傷，不是腰喔！」讓一旁擔心他傷勢的工作人員和主持夥伴，瞬間笑翻。
