張孝全今天下午突然在臉書，PO出一張右眼受傷包紗布的「獨眼龍」照片，叫粉絲大吃一驚，還以為他繼胡宇威之後，又發生拍戲受傷的不幸事件，幸虧他在臉書馬上回覆：請大家不用太擔心「針眼全」！才讓所有人知道，原來只是長針眼。
一聽到「全神」長針眼還去進行手術，粉絲都擔心不已，驚呼這個針眼到底是有多嚴重，居然還必須「動手術」？不過也有人大喊「好家在」不是毀容，而且希望張孝全趕快好起來，並稱讚「有誰長針眼還可以帥成這樣」，相當心疼呢。
