颱風期間健保卡毀損遺失 仍可用健保就醫

蘇迪勒颱風造成許多民眾意外受傷，甚至有健保卡不見或毀損的狀況，對此健保署表示，已經呼籲各特約醫療院所對於無法取得健保卡或卡片遭毀損等，暫時無法持健保卡就醫民眾，可依據「例外就醫」的方式受理民眾就醫。

健保署表示，如果民眾無法攜帶健保卡，只要請醫療院所在名冊上填寫就醫日期、就醫類別、姓名等個人資料，就可以用健保身分就醫。

另外，健保署指出如果民眾因風災造成健保卡毀損，可免費申請換發新卡，提醒有需要的民眾填寫相關表格到郵局或健保署各分區辦理。
