像是近期很喜歡的一家店「小食糖」，空間規劃設計地很好看，整體氣氛也好，

室內中央的木頭大桌陳列並販售著CAMGOLDIA的產品，

其中有機棕櫚糖除了現場販售之外，更應用於店內餐點之中。

先坐到東門站並從七號出口出來，一出來馬上髮夾彎往回走，第一個巷口右轉沒多久就會看到小食糖在您的右手邊嘍。
但當然若是騎乘摩托車的朋友們，先沿著信義路(北面)向東走，過了金山南路後會先如上面第一張圖，經過幾個東門站出口後看到華南銀行後就馬上左轉進去，這時會先看到小食糖 Sugar Bistro 在右手邊，但因為沒有停車位所以要繼續騎，騎到臨沂(一ˊ 音同 “疑" )街市場就會看到公園旁的停車位嘍。

像是小食糖的招牌蜜糖燒肉三明治，其燒肉即是以棕櫚糖、蘋果燻製而成，加上生菜、橄欖豐富口感，是一道超越咖啡館級的料理。再者就是鹹派、吐司、三明治、沙拉等輕食，而飲品則有棕櫚糖拿鐵與其他義式咖啡，每天不同的主題棕櫚花茶與果汁、水果拉西(優酪乳)、冰沙以及待會會出場的有機啤酒。

[活動簡單說明]
這是一個專案，目標是蒐集到100個台灣在地水資源故事。我們會分組，然後各組會選擇一個題目(可以是河川、風災、水災等等…)然後運用五至六周的時間對該題目進行更深入的了解。了解她的歷史、文化，去實地訪查當地的人。在梯次結束的時候，會進行成果發表會，讓各組與大家分享所蒐集到的故事。這些故事我們也將收錄至一個台灣水地圖(類似google map)，希望未來能做到將滑鼠移至地圖的某個位置，就會跑出當地的故事

老闆取得有機認證，以「CAMGOLDIA」有機棕櫚糖的名號引進台灣，祖字輩傳承的製法，搭配做成拿鐵咖啡、燒肉三明治、蛋糕。而用棕櫚糖延伸做成咖啡、茶品與鹹點甜點確實有不一樣的風味。在老舊巷弄裡的老房子，店內的裝潢用的是簡單樸實的木質桌椅，昏黃的燈光下是如此的清幽，可以發傻、沉思、隨心所欲，一杯咖啡的時光讓人心醉在書本的思緒當中~~~

目前因為經營團隊更動，於是命名為 小食糖，而樓上的空間是民宿，僅供環浪商號團隊使用，而不對外開放的.

但是甜度拿揑的很好，很像是在牛奶裡加蜂蜜一樣，讓奶香味變更重口感多了糖香味，上頭還灑上閃亮亮的棕櫚糖

希望大家不要把下午茶當作正餐一樣想要吃飽，其實吃點小點心反而會讓下午茶的品質變更好
手工製作的棕櫚糖加上椰子絲作成的小塔，擠上蛋白泡，熱熱的吃有種幸福感擁上
外表帶著一點點焦味，蛋白泡泡中和掉一點甜味使得口感更加順口，強力大推薦!很少遇見的新口感

[生活] 小食糖Sugar Bistro, 老公寓改建的好所在.老公寓改建的小食糖Sugar Bistro,在捷運東門站7號出口附近小巷(真的很近). 還蠻愛這種老屋改建的都市角落的, 會讓我覺得台北看起來比較美, 比較寧靜. 喜歡店員的笑容,這樣點餐起來比較沒壓力. 店員點餐用iPad,看起來很像是APP, 看起來也很好用, 不過我沒多問~ 店裡燈光稍稍偏暗, 這種看不太清楚的燈光, 也還不賴, 哈~ 越往裡面走, 空間越明亮喔. 這裡的確是文青愛的地方, 時不時看到文青客人. 不是文青的我, 也愛湊熱鬧, 誰叫這些地方很有fu~~ 菜單就這樣隨性的幾張紙 我點了綜合苺...
今天真是狀況連連！不過也是喜劇收場呵呵呵～～～
本來這天是要到Labu的(卉琳買了團購卷吆喝手作幫一起試吃)，結果卉琳一忙也忘記訂位，當天打去才知道使用日期還未開始啦！！吼，我人都快到東門站了說～還好永康街我可是有一串的口袋名單
馬上想起最近新發現的環浪商號，就來這裡吧～！
環浪並不是在一般熟知的永康街這邊喔，而是越過永康街的信義路這一帶(東門7、8號出口這邊)。
簡簡單單的門口有種恬適自然的親和力～
ㄎㄎ～大家一到也都喜歡這裡的環境喔！
有個小小的庭園，有顆茁壯中的橄欖樹，疊了幾張椅子、擺了一輛中古腳踏車、掛了幾個小吊飾，很隨興！

而一樓的小食糖sugar bistro是CAMGOLDIA第一間品牌概念店，以有機棕櫚糖為主題，幾乎都是自製的甜鹹點與棕櫚蜜糖。二樓以上是環浪的辦公室與宿舍，暫不開放。
環保概念注入的老屋裝潢，不是表面的賣弄文青而已，更是帶有使命感與對世界的關懷。
這裡不定期舉辦實驗廚房以及各式議題講座，也是反核店家的一員
小食糖除了固定的吧台廚房與蛋糕櫃，整個公共空間的活動性非常高。
所有的桌椅沙發好像都是減肥過的搬起來很"輕盈"，可能中午靠窗是沙發座，晚上又變成有如自習區的書桌椅，運用非常靈活！
我們今天就很"幸運"的看到兩種不同的座位分配！
櫃台牆面與吧檯看起來是用木材碎料做的，顯得很有質感！
但是我眼殘一直把CAMGOLDIA看成GODIVA
(是很想吃巧克力喔…………)
最後面的小小半戶外庭園，拍起來可是很有FU捏
牆壁到地板都是全白的磁磚廁所現在真的少見，還好"保養得宜"不然這種白磁磚好容易髒阿！
這裡也布置的很有老味道阿～平常的舊衣架刷白後可以當書架很讚吧！

有鮑魚菇、柳松菇、香菇、起士，這是繼agne's b cafe之後吃過好好吃的鹹派了
竟然能讓我的嘴巴有"回甘"的感覺！！！

西式烘蛋套餐的番茄烘蛋組合︰ ＄130
瘦身有成的冰淇現在飲食也很要求了耶！配菜全換成生菜沙拉且還特別要求搭油醋醬，比我講究的哩！！！去年還是冰淇拉著問我瘦身秘訣，今年換我跟她看齊啦
卉琳和Kelly都點培根洋蔥烘蛋組合︰ ＄130
好吃好吃真好吃！卉琳是沙拉配麵包、Kelly麵包搭水果。
附餐飲料︰好喝的TWININGS伯爵茶，很香呢！
也有紅茶可以選，若要選其他飲品可折價20元。
冰淇真的好自嗨喔哈哈哈！！！！！現在是辣媽一個狂自拍的程度不下於少女啦XDDDDDD！！我自認年紀有了很久不敢作嘟嘴等裝可愛的表情，也被冰淇逗得一起重溫"少女時代"

上面說到我們很幸運看到室內變換兩次座位，因為我們竟然巧遇記者會！
我們吃到一半時突然看到有攝影大哥近來喬位置等等………接著人越來越多
店員開始忙著清出空間，一問之下原來是台灣青年氣候聯盟理事長張良伊當選聯合國氣候變遷綱要公約締約國大會青年代表，因為名稱關係到國格產生爭議而開記者會，但我們已經在吃了並不想離開，就著窗邊角落的這桌我們邊吃邊聊～後面則正開著火藥味十足的記者會→相關新聞←足足等了有一個小時吧，還好旁邊都有書可以消磨時間………
然後冰淇很調皮的硬要演一下，我拿著芭蕉假裝麥克風
後來店員們也很誠心抱歉說不曉得今日媒體就衝來要開記者會………
既然困在這不如再點個棕櫚糖巧克力布朗尼︰ ＄120
超濃………濃×N………還有核桃顆粒，搭著冰淇淋冷熱交融，吃的出其紮實，呼呼！好幸福唷唷唷
(不過後來手作幫再聚會提到這裡甜點又說甜的太純了後來回家有人頭暈@@"我是沒有這樣的症狀耶？)

唉呦好店怎麼這麼多，錢包薄薄肚子大大了啦!(偷偷開始拖稿中)
非常正式的將休閒地域拓展到大安區來了，跟民生社區比起來永康商圈還是讓我比較難以愛上它一點
因為還是有點過度商業化，以居住來說我還是喜歡民生社區，我要一輩子住在民生社區不走啦(踢腿)
之前一直相當排斥永康商圈的咖啡廳因為我認為他們過度人文化，也就是文青化啦，我比較平凡所以比較排斥
總是比較喜歡日式鄉村風格，小木頭系(我現在還是很愛啦)但這幾個月頻繁接觸了些師大、永康商圈的咖啡廳
心中突然燃起一股對藝文咖啡廳的喜愛，我就是個善變的女人阿!不過也不是每家有氣質的咖啡廳我都喜歡
反正每次在臉書或是網頁上逛逛種是有某些特定的因素會讓我想要去造訪，也沒有一定的規則可言
跟大家報告，我的咖啡廳魂已經漸漸消失但是還有將近6家咖啡廳尚未跟大家分享，喜新厭舊的女人
最近還沒有找到下一波心動類型，所以依然會一直發咖啡廳!還有兩家超優質甜點店♥甜點魂有默默燃燒中
下一波沒意外的話應該是旅遊啦，下禮拜又要出去玩摟，去當海邊辣妹了先賣關子不告訴大家我要去哪
小食糖也算是在口袋名單留的有點久的一家，在東門站七號出口附近，並不是在永康商圈那側喔
從七號出口出來往回走遇到第一個巷子就右轉，馬上就會看到小食糖的招牌，滿好找的
大安區的咖啡廳都很喜歡開在住宅區裡，看到這樣的咖啡廳我就會有種挖到寶的感覺!異常的興奮
連續去了大概快十家都是這樣住宅形式咖啡廳，像是去別人家作客的感覺
原來它的前身名為環浪商號CAFE，環浪商號前身是間建設公司，樓上是工作是下面經營咖啡廳!
目前因為經營團隊更動，於是命名為小食糖，而樓上的空間是民宿，僅供環浪商號團隊使用，而不對外開放的
小食糖的另外一個身分是CAMGOLDIA品牌實驗店，也是全世界唯一一間以有機棕櫚糖為主題的咖啡小餐館
CAMGOLDIA是以柬埔寨的特有種植物『棕櫚糖樹 palm sugar tree 』為主所開發的品牌
秉持著有機，公平交易!環保等原則去開發具獨特性與高實用價值的產品，在全台有滿多經銷點都有販售
提供合理的薪資給與當地勞動者工作機會，再藉由每一份在台灣的販售皆捐出10元新台幣的方式為柬埔寨建學

室內空間很寬敞但是主要被販賣物品的桌跟廚房區給佔滿，位子根位子之間有點過近
以空間來說這就是常見的文藝型咖啡廳，我比較無感但是挑高的一樓跟有點老宅的樣態我很喜歡
主要以暖色系為室內的主色，木頭木頭木頭總是不敗的

在網路上有許多人分享說店員很冷淡，剛好服務我的那位小姐人實在很好又客氣，相較起來其他人真的很冷漠不看你臉上也都沒表情，僅是專心做自己的工作，這樣也沒有什麼不好至少服務客人的人是友善的就好
有時候過度親切跟客氣的店員反而會使人退避三舍，人總是難搞的習慣就好
有認真專注將事情做好就好了! 必竟不收服務費 . 小姐很忙也不一定要笑. 友善就很好. 可專心工作....

我選了落地窗邊的位子，最近我研究出一個平日咖啡廳少人時間，就是在大約4點半時大家會陸續回家
如果撐過這個時間就可以有空曠的室內可以拍照，可能是大家都要趕回家吃晚餐吧
最近都喜歡選這個時間去咖啡廳，畢竟要拍照實在是想打擾到別人

室內會較暗主要是因為背光的關係，剛好陽光照射角度，如果室內又沒點燈就會很暗
我選擇坐窗邊因為室外庭院滿美的，店裡又很安靜實在是很適合在這裡放空喝下午茶

老宅所以當然要放一些古時候的東西，每家咖啡廳幾乎都會有的舊電視或是舊收音機看了一樣無感
店裡的客人也比起東區咖啡廳來說更有文藝的感覺，大家不是拿本書安靜的看不然就是低頭寫東西
我喜歡這紅色沙發，搭上亮土耳其藍色很搶眼，桌子相對的比較高用餐起來還算OK

沙發後面的位子如果撇開光線不足的問題，其實一個人坐在這挺舒適的有自己的小天地感
不過我去的隔天就進行的室內裝修的工程，不知道現在有沒有改變些什麼
洗手間要走到外面的天井去，這就是老房子的特殊地方都會有天井，這裡是整個房子內最明亮的地方
讓我在這裡拍照拍好久，天氣如果不要這樣悶熱，在天井這設一個戶外位子一定很棒
書跟明信片是藝文咖啡廳不可或缺的東西，喜歡明信片架式用鐵窗改的，符合老宅
通往民宿的樓梯，沒有對外開放喔!

來看看吃的摟，菜單不想拍因為好長喔，價錢平均從$90到$150，算是中間偏低的價格
看到這樣餐點非常多的菜單我都會接近放空的亂點一通，還好我先蒐尋過我想吃的東西，沒發生悲劇

大力說聲好阿!!!!這絕對是近期我喝過最有亮點且有特色的飲料，重點是好喝，棕櫚糖牛奶$140
來到以棕櫚糖為主題的小食糖當然要選棕櫚糖相關的阿，牛奶本身就是甜的以為加入棕櫚糖會過甜
但是甜度拿揑的很好，很像是在牛奶裡加蜂蜜一樣，讓奶香味變更重口感多了糖香味，上頭還灑上閃亮亮的棕櫚糖

蜜糖椰子塔，價錢我有點忘了好像是$60，不貴就是了!很適合作為下午茶小點♥我也是大力推薦
希望大家不要把下午茶當作正餐一樣想要吃飽，其實吃點小點心反而會讓下午茶的品質變更好
手工製作的棕櫚糖加上椰子絲作成的小塔，擠上蛋白泡，熱熱的吃有種幸福感擁上
外表帶著一點點焦味，蛋白泡泡中和掉一點甜味使得口感更加順口，強力大推薦!很少遇見的新口感

在一位好友的FB看到永康街有這麼一家名叫小食糖（感覺很好吃？）
心裡正盤算著要找一天去看看。碰巧那天朋友說要去聽講座，於是乎就GO了啊！

奶泡綿密！(真的是太好喝了！)
整個很順口，小食糖的拿鐵真的不錯！

棕櫚糖口感有點像紅糖，但是味道比較濕，
還帶有淡淡的草香。
拿鐵很順，奶泡質地非常綿密。

據說略澀，但也是中上程度。
家鄉鹹派 Quiche Hometown
洋蔥、培根、德國香腸、地瓜葉、起司
一般的鹹派會使用的菠菜，小食糖使用的是地瓜葉！
用料豐富，烤皮奶香濃郁，很好吃！
野菇鹹派 Mix mushrooms Quiche
綜合菇、起司
旁邊附一匙蘿勒醬。
我們都覺得家鄉鹹派比野菇鹹派好吃一些！
野菇鹹派有很濃郁的起司，以及整片香菇！
暖烘烘的很好吃！
椰子塔很香！
可以吃到厚厚的棕櫚糖，不喜甜的朋友們可能要注意一下。
棕櫚糖戚風蛋糕 NT$80
這是小食糖的新品！
深得我心的一款蛋糕，棕櫚糖戚風既綿密又扎實，
中間是棕櫚糖醬，口感有點像牛奶糖或太妃糖醬，
但是沒有那麼甜，搭配蛋糕真的很好吃呀！
最令人喜歡的是上面奶油！好厚一層，
而且又綿密又爽口，可以感覺到食材應該用得不錯！
讓人怎麼吃都不會膩！
旁邊附有蘋果片與葡萄柚片，
感覺那個蘋果片放了一陣子，些微氧化，
搭配葡萄柚，是個不錯的想法！
這張桌子好有柬埔寨風味。
小食糖有不少教人會心一笑的插圖。
小食糖的二樓是場地租用為主，可以租借來辦活動或是講座，
像今天，剛剛才結束一場品酒會！
品酒會蠻酷的，會請老師來教大家關於飲酒的知識！

說到小食糖 Sugar Bistro…
雖然，今天的主題是小食糖 Sugar Bistro, 但若是能夠稍微了解為什麼會有今天的小食糖後，應該會發現縱然小食糖 Sugar Bistro 已經相當難得。但或許還是讓我們先來了解一下小食糖的所在地、環浪商號的來龍去脈與沿革，相信會對這整個團隊與歷史能夠更加感同身受與產生共鳴。
首先，在2010年，兩位創辦人因緣際會合力創辦了由舊屋動手改造，從家具、擺設到咖啡器材，全是二手再利用環保用品的 “還浪商號(那為什麼會有環浪商號`又是另一段故事，就不在這邊詳述了，但可以簡單說就是為了讓這世界更加美好而存在!!)" 。而在環浪商號逐漸上軌道後又加入了與柬埔寨農民以公平交易契約方式合作生產棕櫚糖的合作夥伴(台灣人，工業設計背景)，並將一樓咖啡餐飲空間重新賦予了一個全新的面貌與名稱，而這煥然一新但殊途同歸的靈魂，就是我們今天要來看看的小食糖 Sugar Bistro 嘍!!
至於小食糖 Sugar Bistro 如上所提，主要經營者與柬埔寨農民合作，將這營養價值極高*，並且要由花農背著竹簍，爬上30公尺高的棕櫚糖樹，採集花朵汁液，熬煮後凝固的棕櫚糖重新包裝並創立結合柬埔寨國名 Cambodia 與 Gold 之意的 “CAMGOLDIA" 棕櫚糖品牌。目前在全台各大通路*積極販售中，並還將收入所得一部分回饋給柬埔寨以建立學校。更讓小食糖在營利、提供服務與經營中能夠產生更大的價值!!

1.說到棕櫚糖的營養價值極高，參考于美人的文章所提是說棕櫚糖非常容易被人體所吸收，且也容易代謝。最重要的是有機棕櫚糖可以平衡血糖和血脂且含富含維生素與礦物質…

如何順利前往小食糖 Sugar Bistro
那麼該如何前往小食糖 Sugar Bistro 一嚐結合棕櫚糖的餐點料理與飲品呢。若是搭乘捷運的朋友就請先坐到東門站並從七號出口出來，一出來馬上髮夾彎往回走，第一個巷口右轉沒多久就會看到小食糖在您的右手邊嘍。
但當然若是騎乘摩托車的朋友們，先沿著信義路(北面)向東走，過了金山南路後會先如上面第一張圖，經過幾個東門站出口後看到華南銀行後就馬上左轉進去，這時會先看到小食糖 Sugar Bistro 在右手邊，但因為沒有停車位所以要繼續騎，騎到臨沂(一ˊ 音同 “疑" )街市場就會看到公園旁的停車位嘍。

小食糖 Sugar Bistro 館內面面觀
環伺這空間，是早期磨石子的樓梯，這樣的結構在悶熱的台北有難得一見透心涼的老屋。光線從屋後的天空透入，坐在這裡腳可以踩到土地抬頭可看到天空，在台北終究不易吧！裡面的擺置有本土時代感的陳設，不小心會錯以為又到了老屋新意盛行的台南，在被時尚流行不斷衝擊的台北原來這般的本土復古型式還是被接受的。
如這篇文章的封面圖與上面幾張圖片，小食糖 Sugar Bistro 門口就有著環浪商號的招牌以及
小食糖的 LOGO, 而穿過門口後會先經過這相隔大大馬路不到100公尺，但就瞬間歸於平淡、寧靜的小庭院。推開門後(小食糖疾呼：還請別再拉了!!)，小食糖 Sugar Bistro 一樓館內約30個位置不到，桌距相當寬敞，是一間典型不想為了擴大獲利而硬塞桌子的大心咖啡館。
而穿過小食糖主要出餐、飲品吧檯，就會進入後半部半透光的另一個空間，在這邊除了廁所以外，還有一個比較特別的就是小食糖特別規劃的一個小書房，而最後一張圖就是通往二、三樓的階梯，目前三樓是環浪商號總部，二樓有開放場地出租。

而小食糖 Sugar Bistro 當然就如上所提，現場許多餐點都結合了棕櫚糖，而這也是當初小食糖創辦的另一個實驗精神，就是讓我們能夠更加了解棕櫚糖的應用與美好。
像是小食糖的招牌蜜糖燒肉三明治，其燒肉即是以棕櫚糖、蘋果燻製而成，加上生菜、橄欖豐富口感，是一道超越咖啡館級的料理。再者就是鹹派、吐司、三明治、沙拉等輕食，而飲品則有棕櫚糖拿鐵與其他義式咖啡，每天不同的主題棕櫚花茶與果汁、水果拉西(優酪乳)、冰沙以及待會會出場的有機啤酒。
至於小食糖 Sugar Bistro 的啤酒種類還滿豐富的有黑啤酒、喀麥力三麥修道院啤酒、史特斯白啤酒、白雪公主啤酒、布士水蜜桃啤酒、小精靈特級金啤酒與有機黃金啤酒等…

而今天在小食糖 Sugar Bistro 品嘗的就是搭配棕櫚糖的冰淇淋布朗尼。首先棕櫚糖雖說沒有特別突出的氣味，但也因為如此，棕櫚糖相當輕柔地在口中散發那淡淡卻又綿密的甜味，謙虛地做著布朗尼的陪襯者。
而這布朗尼也沒辜負棕櫚糖的苦心，整個巧克力香氣是一上桌就蓄勢待發，咬下一口發現竟然是又香又脆，加上微苦融合的苦甜更是尾勁十足!!至於本來一向為冰淇淋布朗尼中最搶眼的冰淇淋在這個時候卻成為配角，滋潤並放大了整體布朗尼的味覺體驗!!

小食糖 Sugar Bistro 連啤酒都是有機的!!而今天在小食糖搭配的飲品就是這瓶比利時黃金啤酒，開瓶後陣陣麥香不絕於鼻，一口滑過舌尖是完全沒有絲毫的苦味，反而是相當具有清脆感的麥香。而這麥香都還沒散去，一陣啤酒花香就是迅速的閃過腦門。且越喝是越甜，每一口都沒有喝酒的負擔，而全都是清涼暢快卻又清新的感受!!

台北巷內很不起眼的咖啡館也愈來愈多了，每間都挺有自已的特色，
就在捷運東門站、永康街附近的 小食糖 Sugar Bistro ，
那種小品咖啡店的感覺，很適合午後在這閱讀或來杯咖啡。
從捷運東門站七號出口出來，找到這個巷內，
小食糖還真的挺不起眼的，門口有個環浪商號的門牌，
一樓就是小食堂 Sugar Bistro。
小食糖提供了有機法式甜點、咖啡、有機飲品、有機棕櫚糖私房小食。
可以看的出來，這是老屋改建的咖啡廳。
週末的下午，人也不多，倒也提供了一個舒適的空間。
這邊的空間，有種回到過去回憶的感覺。
WiFi密碼就寫在牆上，挺可愛的。
Menu 上星號的都是推薦的，我們點了蜜糖土司方塊$100。
土司上塊淋上了棕櫚糖後，再稍微烤一下，甜甜的，味道不錯。
Meiko點了有機蘋果氣泡醋飲$120，酸甜甜的，女生應該很喜歡。
棕櫚糖拿鐵$130，棕櫚糖的甜味也挺特別的，咖啡作法則稍嫌普通了點。
點了個起司火腿$130作為 Ending，味道不錯，熱呼呼的好吃。
午後想打發時間，不妨可以來小食糖坐坐囉。

還蠻愛這種老屋改建的都市角落的, 會讓我覺得台北看起來比較美, 比較寧靜.

店裡面裝潢簡單, 空間是讓人放鬆的.
最後,我們還點了一個cheese cake,奶味不重,鹹甜味, 有特別.
店外觀, 又找到一家好店了, 不錯!

天氣一熱，台北人似乎就更喜歡往咖啡館裡躲了

最後來到捷運東門站，永康街商圈一帶的小食糖
小食糖的前身是環浪商號咖啡，由於經營團隊的變更，樓下的咖啡店改名為小食糖
樓上依舊是環浪商號團隊使用，繼續推動著關心世界的環保計畫
環浪商號加上小食糖，靜靜的開在信義路上的小僻巷子裡
小食糖和柬埔寨當地農家契約合作，引進了當地產的有機棕櫚糖
除了提供店面使用外，也可以在這裡購得有機棕櫚糖
店主人藉由銷售每份棕櫚糖，希望能為柬埔寨籌措足夠的辦學資金
店面則是與環浪商號合作，回收使用舊家具將老屋重新改造
大門很有趣:D
中間的門把是偽裝的～要拉開浮木手把才能將門打開
店內約莫25個座位，擺放的多是復古家具，打造出文青喜歡的復古味:D
正中間的長桌，擺放了來自柬埔寨的有機棕櫚糖及部分文創商品
小食糖本身即是以有機棕櫚糖為主題，來製作店內的各式甜點及飲品
很有特色的磨石子杯墊
老舊的木桌椅、磨得發亮的皮沙發座墊
記憶中的老式家具，打造出吸引人的復古風
很喜歡這個在老房子裡裝入了新想法的地方
店內一隅展售著手繪明信片，可以在這裡寫一張明信片寄給自己
很想試試看棕櫚糖的甜點～
所以我點了蜜糖吐司方塊 $100 還有冰拿鐵 $140
拿鐵剛上桌，漸層的分層相當漂亮
當然直接喝只先喝到底層的牛奶:D
攪拌均勻，咖啡的香加上牛奶香，喝來順口不苦澀
當中沒有加入冰塊，所以不會有喝到最後咖啡味道被沖淡的問題
一份蜜糖吐司方塊大概有十多個吐司小方塊
吐司染上棕櫚糖的咖啡色，烤成硬脆的小吐司磚
吐司塊上均勻地裹上棕櫚糖，烤到乾
硬脆的吐司邊吃起來卡哩卡哩，帶有脆糖香～
上面還撒了少許的新鮮檸檬皮，吃的時候會帶有檸檬的鮮香味道
雖然不是精緻美味的甜點，但也是份適合下午嘴饞時的小點心
店內的氣氛很安靜，適合帶著筆電來好好工作
一邊聽著店內撥放的迷幻音樂，天色也暗了下來
夜晚的小食糖，氣氛更好～似乎更適合來杯小酒的夜間約會呢

說到咖啡店，女王就會想到永康街。
這兒有著好多很有深度，又具特色滴人文咖啡店。
就好像"小食糖"一樣，可愛的店門口即使隱藏在巷弄也會吸引路人的目光。

從捷運東門站7號出口上來，轉進華南銀行那條小巷內，一眼就能瞧見綠色大門的小食糖Sugar Bistro。
一樓的小食糖有賣有咖啡，早午餐，輕食甜點等等。
二樓的小客廳則不定期舉辦講座和展覽，還提供包場服務。
他們家的門既復古又很有戲。
以為是要轉開那個喇叭鎖嗎?才不是溜，女王差點被騙了!
拉開左手邊那根大木頭，才可以打開門吶。
小食糖的裝潢很懷舊。
老房子配上老家具老桌椅，很有時光倒錯的感覺。
星期一的下午店內幾乎是客滿狀態，嘖嘖。
為了避開人頭拍照，女王可是費盡心思呀!
通往2樓的樓梯牆面上，是個可以塗鴉的大黑板。
不知到上頭的圖畫會不會做更換勒?
不管是燈具還是玻璃窗，每個角落都散發著懷舊的靜態美。
開放式的廚房只要一煮咖啡或是甜點一出爐，就能立馬聞到香氣。
那天的第一餐就是這份烤牛肉起司三明治(145元)。
女王好愛厚實有咬勁的烤麵包哦，吃起來很有飽足感。
內餡的烤牛肉和半融化的起司，搭配清爽的蔬菜再好不過了。
既是午餐也是女王的下午茶，當然不能少了甜點啦。
小食糖概念是以棕櫚糖和食材做美味的溝通，這道棕櫚糖冰淇淋布朗尼(120元)更是代表作之一。
溫熱的巧克力布朗尼，一口咬下既香又脆。
巧克力微微的苦味搭上配角冰淇淋，輕柔微甜的棕櫚糖冰淇淋整個帶出布朗尼的濃郁口感，微妙的組合真是一絕!
棕櫚糖冰淇淋好吃到讓女王想單點一大碗呀，推薦!
天然無咖啡因的星期三檸檬草茶(120元)，也是結合了棕櫚花的養生茶。
即使回沖一杯後，依舊散發淡淡的花草茶香。
女王好喜歡小食糖咖啡館的人文氣息和空間設計。
在這裡可以優雅的像個文青，品嚐棕櫚糖食材的簡單與美好。

每個城市有不同的風貌，人與人之間也有著不同的溫度，喜歡在陌生的城市裡找一間小小的咖啡館，在一個空間裡靜下心來，利用短暫喝一杯咖啡的時間，與這個城市的人們心靈神會一下感受不同的溫度。
每到一個城市就算只是短暫停歇一晚，也想在住處附近搜尋可以喝上一杯咖啡的地方。不管是大是小是好是壞的空間，都是一種被自己發現的驚喜，不需要被人家認同的感覺，只想在自己旅遊的日記插上一枝屬於自己地標的棋子，做為一個足跡的註記。
轉入小巷弄中，這是在寸土寸金的台北鬧區裡少見的透天老建築（據說有五十年以上，沒被拆掉改建大樓很難得），踏入種了樹的小院子，轉動門的把手卻一動也不動地。這才發現門把應該是那塊巨大的漂流木，感覺來這裡的菜鳥多少曾被耍過一次吧！
台北是個對我而言極度陌生的城市，永康街雖被國內外喜歡的地方但依然是我陌生的地帶。而肥羊不小心在台北的小巷弄裡遇到『小食糖』，我們選擇最裡面有自然光線可以照射到的位子。
環伺這空間，是早期磨石子的樓梯，這樣的結構在悶熱的台北有難得一見透心涼的老屋。光線從屋後的天空透入，坐在這裡腳可以踩到土地抬頭可看到天空，在台北終究不易吧！裡面的擺置有本土時代感的陳設，不小心會錯以為又到了老屋新意盛行的台南，在被時尚流行不斷衝擊的台北原來這般的本土復古型式還是被接受的。
一坐下來，瞬間覺得自己過於龐大而肥胖的身軀可能會壓垮這張有點脆弱的老舊椅子，突然覺得這環境符合環保與有機的內容，適度把卡稱調整到可以讓椅子舒服的位置，覺得是要自己去適應這椅子，而不是讓椅子給我舒服的。老豬看著岌岌可危的椅子後，在一旁取笑我的坐姿，說要幫我畫下來椅子哀號的樣子。
聽說『小食糖』招牌是賣「糖」，而賣的是有機「棕櫚糖」，從字面上看來應該就是從棕櫚樹上取得的糖，聽起來很陌生因聽說它是柬埔塞的傳統食材，跟它完全不熟。長久以來一直以為糖都是要從甘蔗焠煉取得，沒想到樹木上的棕櫚花也會生糖。
這樣當然就不能錯過關於品項上含有「棕櫚糖」的咖啡，再來一塊有「棕櫚糖」的吐司，「棕櫚糖」吃起來的口感很像黑糖，喜歡這種有純樸植物味道的糖。而用柬埔塞的傳統糖搭配台灣本土的環境，這樣的混搭有著奇特的風味。
喜歡投入一個陌生的城市陌生環境，觀察與我們同在這塊土地上生長的性格。但通常陌生的空間若人太少不敢進去，人太多又不想進去。當天『小食糖』這裡不多也不少的客人讓我有股安心感，這裡的台北人沒有我想像中冷漠無情的個性，也許這城市已經慢慢習慣來來往往陌生的過客，不管內心如何也不容易外顯，而是戴上一臉和善專業的服務態度。
這裡是鬧中取靜裡的祕境，當我們從這裡離開，才幾步遠馬上又見到信義路上車水馬龍的街景，宛如又到另一個世界。若非刻意尋找過，無法想像在鬧區小小巷弄裡還有一處靜謐的風景可以停歇。

午餐後因為天氣實在是太炎熱, 我們決定躲進咖啡廳下午茶, 於是來到之前就來過的還浪商號, 這次來發現位於環浪商號1樓的咖啡廳為了區隔與商號之間的差別, 目前已經更名為小食糖~

台北｜永康街‧小食糖Sugar bistro／環浪商號Across The Ocean
永康街一帶的巷弄中隱藏許多特別的小店，常常有柳暗花明又一村的感覺，像是近期很喜歡的一家店「小食糖」，空間規劃設計地很好看，整體氣氛也好，不僅如此，餐點意外地非常好吃。 彎進巷子內，紅色鐵門格外醒目。
小食糖sugar bistro是CAMGOLDIA第一間品牌概念店，以有機棕櫚糖為主題，
除了一般咖啡店所販賣的飲料輕食外，還多了特別的棕櫚糖飲料甜點。
原本這棟老屋都是屬於環浪商號，一樓是咖啡店，二樓以上做為環浪的辦公室與宿舍，
因為經營咖啡的團隊變更，一樓咖啡店改成小食糖，保留環浪商號將環保概念注入的老屋裝潢，
二樓以上仍供環浪商號使用，不對外開放，但似乎有提供住宿給外國背包客，
坐在店裡頭，就有好幾個外國人在使用電腦或翻著TAIWAN的旅遊書，感覺有點神奇。
從紅色鐵門往內看，老屋有著大片落地窗，還擁有一個小庭院，門邊樹木枝葉茂密，濾掉多餘的陽光，替炙熱夏天增添些綠蔭與涼意。院子裡擺放藍白雙色漏斗狀的塑膠椅，鮮豔且懷舊，屬於小時候的年代，印象中還有橘白等維他命色系。
牆面的圖對著牆後的樹，虛實之間形成有趣的畫面。
推開門後，店內各個區塊各成一局，夾雜老傢俱的復古氛圍，成為舒服自在的空間配置。
室內中央的木頭大桌陳列並販售著CAMGOLDIA的產品，
該品牌秉持有機、公平交易、環保等原則去開發柬埔寨棕櫚糖樹為主的系列產品，
其中有機棕櫚糖除了現場販售之外，更應用於店內餐點之中。
盛裝棕櫚糖的盒子以葉子編製而成也相當好看啊。
門邊玄關處的巧妙堆疊擺設，充斥著昔日年代的元素，
老電視機、電話、電風扇、油燈及學生課桌，甚至有打印大寫數字的機台。
office窗外的鐵窗充作明信片架，可以在這裡蓋個紀念章或寫張明信片寄出。
通往樓上階梯的轉角處是木盒木箱堆放而成的書架，
抽一本有興趣的書回座位閱讀。
在玻璃門之外的小後院，是通往廁所的地方。
我坐在落地窗旁的位子，就正對室外庭院空間，
這個位子很好，讓心情平靜緩和。
接下來是餐點的部份。
小食糖的MENU只有兩張紙，一張餐點，一張飲料，
背面是CAMGOLDIA品牌旗下商品。
‧綜合莓果冰沙 150
本身對莓果毫無抵抗能力，整杯完全用莓果打成的冰沙，
酸酸甜甜的我好喜歡。
‧烤布蕾棕糖拿鐵 150小食糖的特色是有機棕櫚糖，當然要點這類的飲料來喝，所以點了這款。濃郁拿鐵之上是極為綿細的奶泡，奶泡上又是有機棕櫚糖烤成一層焦焦脆脆的糖，口感特別，香味也特別。
喝了一口，露出一角超綿細泡沫。
‧蜂蜜芥末蔬果沙拉 140
其實不知該選什麼口味的沙拉而猶豫不決，店員推薦蜂蜜芥末口味，
超大一盤的，撲滿新鮮生菜、豌豆苗、苜蓿芽、大黃瓜、小蕃茄、黑橄欖，
淋上蜂蜜芥末醬，看起來豐富，吃起來滿足。
‧烤牛肉起司三明治 145
三明治的麵包就很不錯，夾著生菜、大黃瓜、蕃茄、起司及烤牛肉，
生菜鮮脆，烤牛肉都處理得好，起司融在上面，真是個好三明治。
‧野菇鹹派 125
鹹派裡有各種菇類及起司，上頭灑了些香料，紮實且好吃，
奶味有點重，沾點附在一旁青醬食用也不錯。
用餐完畢稍事休息後，隔壁桌的外國背包客遞來一塊中式大餅請我吃，
我很開心地跟他們說Thank you！
不知道他們是否知道中式大餅是訂婚時分送給女方親友的嗎？盒子上頭就是個囍字。
很喜歡這個地方，也很想再來啊。:D

世界背後的故事跟腦海中構築的完全不一樣，它從來不是在我們手中轉動，唯有走訪當地，親身經歷，走在他們的土地呼吸同樣的空氣氛圍，才能了解其中的生命寓意。

[活動簡單說明]
這是一個專案，目標是蒐集到100個台灣在地水資源故事。我們會分組，然後各組會選擇一個題目(可以是河川、風災、水災等等…)然後運用五至六周的時間對該題目進行更深入的了解。了解她的歷史、文化，去實地訪查當地的人。在梯次結束的時候，會進行成果發表會，讓各組與大家分享所蒐集到的故事。這些故事我們也將收錄至一個台灣水地圖(類似google map)，希望未來能做到將滑鼠移至地圖的某個位置，就會跑出當地的故事

景美溪的遭遇可說是台灣各地溪流的縮影，為了發展，都市不斷地向綠地推進，發生問題時又粗魯地對待環境，我們只看見自己的生活，卻看不見大地淚流成河。
水是我們生活的一部份，唯有真正的尊重他、在乎他，才能與之和諧共存。希望大家都能將愛護環境的種子種在自己的心田，並且不斷地灌溉，希望有一天它能夠抽芽、茁壯，讓家門前的這條河，不再是帶來水患的瘟神或容納廢水的水溝，而是成為居民們記憶裡那條能夠戲水的美麗河川，也讓自己和大自然都能夠重拾笑顏。

我們正募集一百個水資源故事，是周遭環境的水資源故事、是你我生活中的水故事。在梯次活動結束的時候，會有成果發表，可以用各種形式發表故事；之後會陸續把收集到的故事分享在網路上，讓大家都能看到我們的，故事。』
二、計畫目標
一個與水有關的故事，故事需包含三大元素：

三、預期效益
成果將以部落格文章及影音方式呈現，並規劃出版書籍與微電影，水故事之後續效益可分成三大面向：
1. 政策訴求 建立訪調利害相關者之連絡資料庫以及議題資料庫。根據訪調之結果，搭配TWYCC之水資源議題讀書會，辦理研討會，向專家學 者諮詢水資源政策，並向政府提出建議與訴求，包含產業間的水資源分配、水資源災害、水資源汙染等面向。
2. 水資源問題解決方案之平台 串連水利相關科系(e.x. 水利、水保、土木、海洋、生工、生物、生態等)之師生、專家學者，針對水資源問題，討論解決問題之可行技術方案，以TWYCC部落格作為資訊分享平台，提供給需求者參考。
3. 環境教育與在地深度旅遊 製作水故事地圖、設計水資源環境教育的素材，並以地域劃分連結在地的資源，如：學校、社區、文史工作者、水資源議題關心者，利用水資源故事規劃之執行方式，作為環境教育之實踐素材，可與學校合作，成為學生了解在地議題之實踐開端。另外，亦可將議題規劃為深度旅遊，運用青年網絡媒體串連的力量，結合在地社群帶領外地民眾前往當地進行深度探訪，活動之利潤可回饋至當地。

六、Q & A
Q：看過企劃書後，不知道這活動具體要做甚麼！
A：我們會選定一個地方，是因為當地有些問題或想了解的事情；問題不一定能馬上解決，那麼… 當地民眾如何看待問題、面對問題？問題對他們生活又造成甚麼影響？ 他們的生活、他們的想法，就是我們想呈現的故事主軸。
Q：一定要有明確的水資源問題才能去探訪嗎？
A：有些地方問題很明確 (ex. 嘉義東石、布袋)，有些則否 (ex. 桃園杜子溪、新竹客雅溪)；這些都可以是我們的探訪目標。 我們是希望去瞭解當地的居民怎麼看待這些問題、解決這些問題、或者不得不與這些問題共生活，這都是會讓人想聽的故事：遇到地層下陷的村民要怎麼過活？海水倒灌會如何影響當地居民生活？農民怎麼看待倒入農渠的廢水？搶不到水的耕者要怎麼種田？ 以上故事若有能打動你的地方，那也許就是你能講的故事了！
Q：活動調查有無危險性？會不會需要下水？
A：我們的故事，應該沒有深入到斷人財路，但情況千百種，有問題歡迎提出來一同討論！ 會不會下水？我有同伴因為覺得調查的溪水太髒，所以怒火中燒揪淨溪；也有同伴因為當地有個「跑水節」所以整裝待發一同下去跑水，這樣的例子也許會更多，可以接受這程度嗎？

【 帶你直擊氣候談判一級戰線！】
追蹤國際氣候談判可說是瞭解全球氣候變遷對策的最快途徑。
但氣候談判是什麼呢？身在台灣的我們如何追蹤它的進展？

「為什麼要關心COP19？」
這個會議，是全世界唯一的氣候談判場所，也是唯一有權規範締約國家實行減碳責任、調適行動的公約。氣候變遷是屬於我們世代的挑戰，台灣青年不能缺席。
「為什麼說，2013年至關重要？」
聯合國政府間氣候變遷小組(IPCC)在今年九月發佈報告，告訴全世界我們就算現在行動，全球地表還是有可能上升到環境難以負荷的程度。到時候接連發生的，就是環境惡化、海洋酸化、極端氣候等。誠如九月底文茜世界週報中評論道：「人類很有可能成為第一個有意識的摧毀自己的物種。」
「那，我們還有時間嗎？」
2020年，京都議定書，國際上唯一具有法律效力的減碳議定書將會到期。全世界都看著聯合國，希望能夠有下一個協議。下一個協議，計劃在2015年簽訂。
我們還有兩年。分秒必爭的兩年。

說到咖啡店就會想到永康街。
這兒有著好多很有深度，又具特色滴人文咖啡店。
就好像"小食糖"一樣，可愛的店門口即使隱藏在巷弄也會吸引路人的目光。
從捷運東門站7號出口上來，轉進華南銀行那條小巷內，一眼就能瞧見綠色大門的小食糖Sugar Bistro。
一樓的小食糖有賣有咖啡，早午餐，輕食甜點等等。
二樓的小客廳則不定期舉辦講座和展覽，還提供包場服務。
他們家的門既復古又很有戲。
以為是要轉開那個喇叭鎖嗎?才不是溜，女王差點被騙了!
拉開左手邊那根大木頭，才可以打開門吶。
小食糖的裝潢很懷舊。
老房子配上老家具老桌椅，很有時光倒錯的感覺。
星期一的下午店內幾乎是客滿狀態，嘖嘖。
為了避開人頭拍照，女王可是費盡心思呀!
通往2樓的樓梯牆面上，是個可以塗鴉的大黑板。
不知到上頭的圖畫會不會做更換勒?
不管是燈具還是玻璃窗，每個角落都散發著懷舊的靜態美。
開放式的廚房只要一煮咖啡或是甜點一出爐，就能立馬聞到香氣。
那天的第一餐就是這份烤牛肉起司三明治(145元)。
女王好愛厚實有咬勁的烤麵包哦，吃起來很有飽足感。
內餡的烤牛肉和半融化的起司，搭配清爽的蔬菜再好不過了。
既是午餐也是女王的下午茶，當然不能少了甜點啦。
小食糖概念是以棕櫚糖和食材做美味的溝通，這道棕櫚糖冰淇淋布朗尼(120元)更是代表作之一。
溫熱的巧克力布朗尼，一口咬下既香又脆。
巧克力微微的苦味搭上配角冰淇淋，輕柔微甜的棕櫚糖冰淇淋整個帶出布朗尼的濃郁口感，微妙的組合真是一絕!

◎特別感謝龍應台文化基金會思想地圖計畫與柬埔寨台灣教育中心CTEP。
當飛機盤旋在柬埔寨的上空，鬱鬱蒼蒼的熱帶叢林與蜿蜒迤邐的暹粒河，映入眼簾，這裡是周達觀筆下屹立著金色之塔的真臘國。吳哥王朝自9世紀開始定都於，在此大興土木，建立了大大小小數百座寺廟，輝煌的文命建立了人類建築史上的奇蹟。
1975年到1979年波爾帕特(Pol Pot)在中共的支持下，推翻了原本親美的朗諾政權，開啟了紅色高棉(赤柬)統治時代，Pol Pot統治時代仿效中國共產黨開展柬埔寨國內的文化大革命，並且在境內廣設人民公社，在政治上撲殺異己，造成了人類歷史上的一大悲劇，兩百萬柬埔寨人，約當時三分之一的人口死於Pol Pot，一直到1979年越南入侵柬埔寨，Pol Pot政權才垮台。
今日的柬埔寨暹粒(Siem Reap)遊客穿梭不息於各大寺廟，柬埔寨人逐漸淡忘了歷史的傷痕，奮力地學習與工作擺脫貧困是許多人希冀的夢想。柬埔寨人的勤奮與向上讓人印象深刻。
根據聯合國開發計畫署(UNDP)的資料顯示，2011年柬埔寨人均GDP約900美金 ，已脫離世界銀行600美金低收入國家的行列，2013年2月東協高峰會(ASEANSummit)更在Siem Reap浩大舉行，我的柬埔寨好朋友Tora變說他曾在工作的酒店看到各國領導人，Siem Reap的高級酒店一家比一家豪華，然而在街上卻依舊可以見到許多孩童們翻撿著資源回收、販賣著明信片。
1981年政治強人洪森(Hun Sen)上台，開啟了長期執政的洪森政權，平均經濟成長率達到7%左右，然而巨大的貧富差距與貪腐問題卻是造成其所屬政黨柬埔寨人民黨(CPP，Cambodia People's Party)在今年八月的大選中流失大量席次的主要原因，有趣的是CPP的主要的支持者卻是在農村偏遠地帶，在柬埔寨個鄉村到處可以見到其招牌屹立在農村當中，柬埔寨的主要反對黨為柬埔寨救國黨(CNRP，Cambodia National Rescue
Party)，其領導者沈良西（Sam Rainsy)為留法派，在柬國也隨處可見法國曾經在此殖民過的痕跡。
在前往柬埔寨之前，我參加了僑委會2013年國際事務青年人培訓計畫前往加州大學洛杉磯分校(UCLA)修讀International Development Studies(國際開發研究)的課程，Professor Commins在世界銀行World Bank服務，並且實際負責了柬埔寨、巴基斯坦、非洲的相關計畫，在修課的其中上了許多理論課程(依賴理論、新自由主義等等)，也討論到empowerment、state ownership甚至是身為outsider我們應該以當地的眼光為出發點進行開發計畫，開發研究是一門關心人的政治經濟學，在UCLA求學的那段期間，我深受到老師的啟發，實際前往柬埔寨對我而言就像是實踐上課所學一般。
CTEP (Cambodia Taiwan Education Program)，柬埔寨台灣教育計畫是台灣至善文教協會為柬埔寨民眾，特別是青少年，所推出的教育計畫，包含了電腦、中文和英文的教學，CTEP 的教育目標是「電腦啟蒙、外語除盲」，因為英文是國際語言、電腦是文明工具；CTEP特別著重「電腦啟蒙教育」，因為數位落差造成21世紀貧富落差，而台灣曾經是世界第一的筆電製造國，此外，CTEP在部分地區教授中文，協助當地青年在觀光旅遊業及
華資企業就職。

很感謝協會的創辦人Peter可以讓我以短期志工的身分來到柬埔寨，也到達柬埔寨Siem Reap郊區約三十公里的Danroun村進行英語志工的教學服務。除了這次，明年一月我也將第二次出發到柬埔寨，明年的過年計畫要在柬埔寨度過。
這次前往柬埔寨讓我難以忘懷的是在Danroun的教學歲月，CTEP不同於其他國家援助組織主要以興建硬體設施為主，而著重在軟體師資的培訓與教學，Danroun是一座以寺廟為中心的聚落，居民們居住在傳統的高腳屋內，非常懷念這裡與世無爭的生活，不過回來後也留下黝黑的皮膚和被蚊蟲叮咬的印記，Max跟我說: 這樣才代表你來過柬埔寨啊 !
◎Danroun日記
第一次來到距離Siem Reap市區三十公里遠的村落Danroun教學，那是一座以佛寺為中心，四周被傳統高腳屋所包圍的村莊，居民約三分之一都是和尚。我似乎是第一次住宿過夜村裡的外國人，所以彼此都感到特別的新鮮。晚飯便在當地人家的高腳屋上享用，雖然簡單卻很美味無比。晚上自己一個人住在高腳屋旁的小房間，有一位英文還算流利的柬埔寨青年或許是看到遠方有手電筒的光影閃爍，竟主動跑來跟我講話，那壺不開提那壺，竟然跟我說Do you know the ghost ? the ghost。原來寺廟的附近都是墳墓，這幾天晚上都聽得到誦經聲跟低沉的狗叫聲，非常的詭異。
闃黑的房間聽著蘇打綠的無眠，「今天月娘怎會那麼光，照的我整夜都不能睡」。 窗外大風窸窣，將房門撞的喀喀作響。窸窸窣窣。細細訴訴。
◎Danroun日記
早上六點多左右，寺廟便傳來陣陣頌音聲，Long帶我去見寺廟的住持，他是一位年紀才28歲左右的和尚，所有和尚們都必須跟他跪拜才行，而當地的民眾則會拿供品或金錢來到寺廟，和尚們以誦經祈福作為回禮。
寺廟的住持將他的供品分了一些給我，讓我很不好意思的收下。早餐吃的是柬埔寨當地的麵線淋上類似咖哩醬的東西，食物清淡卻美味。
村莊裡面因為沒有幫浦可以抽水，因此吃喝洗澡全靠大池塘蓄水，上完課後在池邊沖澡時，旁邊卻圍著一堆女學生在那邊看，讓我整個很冏只好穿著內褲草草淋浴收場。和尚們也在戶外洗澡但我後來才發現一定要圍著袈裟褲子才行。
夜裡銀白色的月光灑落在闃黑的村落，寺廟的梵音迴盪在一幢幢高腳屋邊。CTEP晚上的電腦課，學生有超過三分之二是穿著袈裟的和尚，在微弱的燈光下拿著台灣的筆電學習打字，映照著月光，畫面令人動容。
◎Danroun日記
今天到了Ta Yaek村 , 村莊的教室原來是日本人幫助柬埔寨人蓋的教室 , CTEP在這裡開了新的電腦課和英文課 , 相比於Siem Reap市中心 這裡又更民風純樸 , 很像早期的農村時代的台灣吧 !

最後一天在Daroun村，早上有兩堂英文課要教學，教學完時都特地請小朋友過來和台灣國旗一起合影，還特地插了兩面國旗在教室的入口處。在Cambodia可以常常看到韓國、日本或澳洲的國旗在援助單位掛著國旗，CTEP在柬埔寨真的默默做了好多事情，卻很少宣傳，可謂為善不欲人知。
第二堂課上完時和小朋友道別，下次來柬埔寨不知道會不會再來這個村莊，但是這短短幾天在村子裡，卻感受到濃厚的人情味，體驗在高腳屋與村人共享晚餐、在寺廟和許多和尚還有住持一起吃午餐，雖然夜裡的氣氛真的很詭異，手和腳都被蟲咬的紅通通，但是我想這樣的回憶會在我的人生當中留下難以忘懷的回憶的。 最後一節課一位小女孩特地拿了一團繞著鐵絲的紅花給我，真是窩心極了。
最後謝謝CTEP的大家，你們讓我看到有一群台灣人默默的犧牲金錢與歲月，
在遙遠的柬埔寨讓台灣被看見，讓柬埔寨的小朋友有改變的機會。

sugar bistro 是 CAMGOLDIA 品牌概念店，希望以棕櫚糖與食材溝通，創作料理，分享美味。
先坐到東門站並從七號出口出來，一出來馬上髮夾彎往回走，第一個巷口右轉沒多久就會看到小食糖在您的右手邊嘍。
但當然若是騎乘摩托車的朋友們，先沿著信義路(北面)向東走，過了金山南路後會先如上面第一張圖，經過幾個東門站出口後看到華南銀行後就馬上左轉進去，這
時會先看到小食糖 Sugar Bistro 在右手邊，但因為沒有停車位所以要繼續騎，騎到臨沂(一ˊ 音同 “疑"
)街市場就會看到公園旁的停車位嘍。

像是小食糖的招牌蜜糖燒肉三明治，其燒肉即是以棕櫚糖、蘋果燻製而成，加上生菜、橄欖豐富口感，是一道超越咖啡館級的料理。再者就是鹹派、吐司、三明治、
沙拉等輕食，而飲品則有棕櫚糖拿鐵與其他義式咖啡，每天不同的主題棕櫚花茶與果汁、水果拉西(優酪乳)、冰沙以及待會會出場的有機啤酒。
這樣當然就不能錯過關於品項上含有「棕櫚糖」的咖啡，再來一塊有「棕櫚糖」的吐司，「棕櫚糖」吃起來的口感很像黑糖，喜歡這種有純樸植物味道的糖。而用柬埔塞的傳統糖搭配台灣本土的環境，這樣的混搭有著奇特的風味。

永康街一帶的巷弄中隱藏許多特別的小店，常常有柳暗花明又一村的感覺，
像是近期很喜歡的一家店「小食糖」，空間規劃設計地很好看，整體氣氛也好，

This is a project that aims to collect 100 stories of water resources in Taiwan . We are grouped and each group will choose a topic ( may be rivers, storms, floods , etc. ... ) and then use five to six weeks time the subject of more in-depth understanding.
