翠滿園

這是一間老店，在台北市光復南路和延吉街交叉口的三角地帶，好一陣子沒來，一方面總是忙著去試新餐廳，另一方面老板性情中人，有時看到熟客就招待這啊那的，還要和你喝上兩杯，有點不好意思常去。那天家庭聚餐，又想到這裡，隔了兩三年，味道沒差，份量仍然嚇人。

 

翠滿園是集合了粵式、潮州式、星洲與北方風味的小館，最早聞名它的肴豬腳，類似德國豬腳的做法，肉質透爛卻不柴澀，先醃過再加紹興酒去蒸，撕成一塊塊端上桌，鹹中帶甜，沾點香茅、醋與辣椒調製的辣醬更具層次。它的滷菜更是受到客人的歡迎，每天現做的各式滷菜，一盆一盆端出來，香氣芬芳，口感極好，豬耳、豆干、大腸頭、牛筋、牛腱、牛肚等等滷得很透，有點像北方滷菜也有點南方潮州式滷水的風味，口感和調味都拿捏得非常好，師傅功力真是厲害。

 

  

這裡的主廚許老板原是馬來西亞出生的潮州人，曾在香港電影圈打拼多年，因緣際會來到台灣開了這間館子，集合了潮粵菜系和南洋北方的各種風味，口味雖混雜，但是菜色仍有脈絡，南洋蘿蔔糕，以辣椒、韭菜、豆芽、雞蛋和XO醬來拌炒，蘿蔔糕外層焦香微脆，熱炒之後味道滲入裡層，卻不會糊爛。涼拌耳絲和涼拌麵都辣得不手軟，熱炒部份火候足，像是豆干辣炒肉絲、炒豬肝炒腰花片甚至是創意菜鴨肝炒蛋，吃起來柔軟香滑，潮州式的梅子蒸肉餅則是夠味又下飯。

 

至於各種食材燉煮的一品鍋類，內容豐富滋味十足，白菜火腿燉雞、砂鍋鰱魚頭、魚鰾胡椒鍋、神仙燉子排，這些大砂鍋份量很大，喝下一碗就全身發熱，老板的私房菜虱目魚米線湯，加了香茅、番茄和酸木瓜，有著濃濃的南洋風，愈喝愈開胃。

 

  

翠滿園的菜色多樣，大菜小吃雖然都有，但是大部份的份量都是以桌為單位，因此要去吃飯最好湊齊一桌，不然打包帶回家的可能吃一星期都消化不了呢。

許老闆是一位很好客的人,有著一股豪氣,尤其當客人認同他的菜餚,更是熱誠的端出許多特別的菜色請客,今日看您介紹許許多多各種菜色,只可惜前次我們4人,吃不了太多種料理,下次了解一定要安排一桌的人,再次前往.最近被畢業50年的小學同學們搜尋至,名單列印出,我看到另兄為我隔壁班的同學,可也說是一種緣分吧!

啊，王謙一真的是你小學同學，可惜他不在了。他原來就住在北師附小隔壁呢，窗子就可以看到校園，不過房子後來賣掉了。

我是乙班,他是甲班,現同學們正在發起聚集,準備明年畢業50周年的活動,所以我才確定謙一兄是我同學,因每2年就分班一次,故我應該與他有同班過,這活動辦得很熱烈,不僅是我這一屆,之前幾屆學長們也在尋找<童伴>,包括國內,外,不知姐姐有無參與.
等一下我要去許老闆那買滷菜,因為有酒友要來醉一番,謝謝您今日的po文,讓大家有好菜配酒了!

啊啊，我要告訴姐姐，她和小學同學也還有一點點連絡吧。好多年前我和她一起到洛杉磯參加她的小學同學會，真有趣，看到小時候在我家出沒的那些大姐姐，大部份樣子都沒變呢。

這家店是超級地雷,服務態度非常差,味道一般,且完全不尊重客人,請他們不要放辣椒,老人家不能吃辣,還果菜上來還是一樣放了辣,請他們上茶,說沒茶了,要買飲料,向老板反應,老板說你們又不是大客戶,這種店竟然還有人推薦?

哇，真是瘋了，怎麼這樣對待客人。真是抱歉害你們受氣。我自己去過很多次，並沒有踫到那麼離譜的狀況，我周圍不少朋友都還頗喜歡這家餐館，覺得味道不錯。但這服務真是太太太誇張了，抱歉抱歉。唉唉唉。好餐廳真難找啊。
