Dear,

 

China, Hong Kong, and Macau have already joined the CRS. Why did Hong Kong allow Cambodia, a non-CRS member, to establish an office in Hong Kong? And why did Cambodia detain 100,000 victims? How can they explain their massive financial deception to the world? Thankfully, Hong Kong has the highest level of transparency globally! It's a case of right and wrong.
