Dear diary,
We had a huge breakfast when we got up. We caught the local bus at a bus stop behind the hotel. Our stop is the final one. Then we took the underground to Louvre museum. The pyramid is made out of glass and it's the main entrance.
There are three wings in the museum, they are: Sully, Denon, Richelieu. We went to Denon first because the picture of the Mona Lisa was in this wing. There was also the statue of the Winged Victory of Samothrace. The statue looked real, although I didn't know if it was a man or a woman because the head had broked after its fell from a cliff. I liked the painting of Mona Lisa. The Mona Lisa looked as though she was not smiling AND smiling. It might be impossible but Leonardo achieved it! Dad said that he's very clever, and I think so too!
The painting I like best is the Card Sharp. You know at once there is someone cheating because you can see the man hiding 2 aces under his belt, and the lady is suspicious.
After eight hours of walking in Lovre, we went out and bought some sandwiches, which were made by Jewish bakers. They were superb. We went up the arc I told you about. The view was superb. I could see the Eiffel tower over there, and a chimney that went puff, puff, and puff! I was a bit tired…tomorrow.

爸爸的註解：
羅浮宮號稱世界三大博物館之一，館內收藏豐富，我又是藝術門外漢，所以收集了許多資料，前一天就讓Jenny和Mick預習，還好館內指標清楚，受歡迎的藝術品都能很快找到，只是他們二人借了語音導覽，像聽故事一樣，看著一件件藝品，聽著介紹，居然到最後都不想走了，這一點他們有一些幸運，因為二年英國生活，使他們能夠在英文語音引導下，接觸世界頂級的收藏品。
這次走訪法、義博物館，很有感慨的即是大部份博物館除歐洲重要語言導覽(不管是書面或語音)外，一般都加上日文，中文非常少見，但我發現台灣和大陸旅遊團體和個人也都不少，老外在商言商，希望十年內，也可以聽到中文語音導覽了。
