復興航空空難引發中央、地方救災權責分工爭議，台北市長柯文哲建議應該指定專責機構救災。對此，行政院發言人孫立群今天(12日)表示，行政院已經開始推動強化災害防救體系效能，16日將召開災防體系策進會議，希望在汛期之前完成調整。
關於復興航空空難的救災分工，近來引發爭議。台北市長柯文哲表示，國家救災體制應該更新，建議比照美國聯邦緊急事故管理總署(FEMA)，以專責機構負責救災。
對此，行政院發言人孫立群12日在行政院會後記者會表示，行政院長毛治國上任後即推動強化防救災體系效能，檢討災防指揮與管理制度設計；他指出，毛揆去年就與學者專家討論，16日也會召開災防體系策進會議。孫立群轉述說：『(原音)那這個工作並不是只在施政計畫中提出，事實上毛院長從去年12月開始，就已經在行政院啟動一系列跟學者專家的討論，已經進行了一些，且已經排定下禮拜一上午舉辦災防體系策進座談會，也會在年後邀集地方政府參與其他座談會。』
孫立群表示，毛治國在去年12月的施政報告中，就表明政府將持續強化中央與地方災害防救體系效能，繼續推動災害防救深耕計畫，提升基層防救災能量，並與各地方政府協調地方消防人力、設備及各項勤務分工，增進中央與地方的合作，以發揮最大整體效益。
