北韓最夯春節禮物竟是冰毒！ 專家：當成紅牛飲料提神
亞洲許多國家都會慶祝農曆春節，北韓也會在過年時互相送禮，但他們不是送紅包、茶或衣服等，而是贈
銷售排行榜超實用送興奮劑「冰毒」，並且這項習俗也流傳已久。專家表示，最近北韓還將冰毒視為加強體力的藥物，就像加強版的紅牛飲料。
據《紐約時報》報導，被稱為「冰毒」的甲基安非他命，是一種強力的興奮劑，北韓人卻常將冰毒送禮給親友，更當成禮物首選，但他們卻不清楚，吸食冰毒不僅會上癮，更會傷害健康。南韓首爾大學的北韓問題專家蘭科夫(Andrei Lankov)表示，北韓人甚至認為冰毒是增強體力的藥物，這種錯誤觀念更讓他們低估藥物濫用的風險。
冰毒約在20世紀初日本殖民時代被引進朝鮮半島，脫北者表示，北韓軍方在二戰後供應軍人吸食，自1970年以來，許多北韓外交官也因走私毒品在海外被捕，窮困的北韓更在1990年製造冰毒外銷，通常從邊界送進中國大陸，或是在海上交給中國大陸、日本的幫派組織。
雖然北韓政府否認人民使用或製造冰毒，但專家蘭科夫表示，北韓人把冰毒當作禮品的傳統已經是公開的秘密。而其他脫北者也指出，不論是生日、畢業或農曆過年等節日，冰毒都被視為受歡迎的禮物。

議員批任內自肥 韓國瑜自清

台北市議員周威佑11日踢爆，前台北農產運銷公司總經理韓國瑜在任內辦出國旅遊慰勞董監事，內部公文寫「眷屬部分自費參加」，韓還親手批閱，但韓妻團費最後竟是公款支付，他質疑韓國瑜自肥不手軟；韓國瑜對此澄清，「我不貪雞腿卻偷小牙籤？」強調金錢往來都乾乾淨淨。
北農2016年7月30日舉辦「日本石垣島渡假村5日遊」，周威佑指出，內部簽呈敘明除董監事外，隨行人員還有董事長許長仁、韓國瑜，以及北農5位員工擔任服務人員，清楚寫著「各董監事之團費及隨行人員由本公司相關預算項下支付，眷屬部分則自費參加」，簽呈由韓國瑜批可。
周威佑追查發現，北農石垣島渡假村5日遊，除了北農員工外，有18位眷屬都是由公款支付，團費每人4萬8600元，他說，自北農創立以來，公費出國考察，攜帶眷屬一向都要自費，只有韓國瑜帶妻兒出遊這次，是由公款支付眷屬團費。
他質疑，韓國瑜圖利自己，且從自費改成公費支出的過程，完全沒有任何公文，根本就是黑箱作業，不只是道德有瑕疵，恐怕還有公司背信問題，痛批韓國瑜說好的「自費」變成「自肥」。
對此，韓國瑜解釋，當時他在董事長同意下比照董事，可以有1名隨行人員報公帳，所以妻子的旅費才由公司支付，3個小孩旅費則是自費，金錢往來絕對乾乾淨淨，經得起考

韓國瑜說，任內為北農創下700多億營業額，「我不貪雞腿卻偷小牙籤？」根本不可能，所有帳目都有會計師嚴格查帳，檢調也徹底搜查，議員的指控毫無事實根據、顛倒黑白。
