桃猿6比8不敵羅德 征戰石垣島吞5連敗
Lamigo桃猿隊與千葉羅德海洋台日交流賽第二場，今（10）日在日本石垣島續戰，桃猿昨日歷經0比22慘敗後，今役企圖扳回一城，一開賽取得4比0領先，但最終無法守成，以6比8落敗。二連敗作收，結束今（2019）年在石垣島的交流賽，從2017年開始，桃猿在石垣島比賽已吞下5連敗。
桃猿派出左投葉家淇先發，羅德推出山本大貴主投。桃猿一開賽未受到首戰慘敗影響，2局下靠著接連安打、羅德隊失誤以及林立擊出2分打點的二壘安打，桃猿4比0領先羅德。羅德隊則在3局上展開反攻，菅野剛士、加藤翔平接連安打、中村獎吾右外野高飛犧牲打，而葉家淇又發生投手牽制失誤，羅德追回兩分，雙方形成2比4戰局。
從2014年開始，Lamigo桃猿、千葉羅德雙方進行台日交流賽14場賽事，羅德取得9勝5敗的佳績，2016年到2019年在石垣市舉行，羅德也拿下6勝2敗的優勢 ，其中在石垣市場地已取得5連勝。
桃猿隊今年季前熱身賽相當多，8日遠征石垣島後，回台灣後2月21日將與韓職樂天巨人交手，2月28日及3月1日在天母與日職樂天金鷲比賽，3月14日、15日再飛到千葉市與羅德隊打2場交流賽。

商總賴正鎰：基本薪資不要調超過2%
基本工資審議委員會預計8月中旬召開，據悉，政府已決定將時薪調漲7％、月薪調漲超過5%。對此，商總理事長賴正鎰今（2）日表示，這對企業來說，尤其是服務業，幅度過高，加油站公會甚至言明「不惜走上街頭」。他建議，政府不要調整最好，必要時不要超過2%，且時薪調高幅度不要高於月薪，「不然很多人說幹不下去、要關門了！」
台灣現行基本工資為月薪22,000元、時薪140元。按照《勞基法》規定，勞動部每年第三季會要召集勞、資、學、政四方，組成基本工資審議委員會，討論基本工資是否調漲，最近一次基本工資調整是在2018年元旦，近8年來，基本工資月薪一共調漲7次，漲幅23%；時薪一共調漲8次，漲幅43%。
面對今年基本工資審議委員會即將召開，賴正鎰說：「昨天院長（賴清德）說要調整基本工資到23000元，超過5%；時薪到150元甚至155元，調幅7%。」這對企業來說，尤其是服務業，幅度似乎過高，很多商總底下的公會都覺得「倍感壓力」。
賴正鎰指出，加油站公會甚至已經言明「不惜走上街頭」。他認為，政府如果將基本薪資提高到5%以上，這對整體經濟發展非常不利，建議不要調整最好，必要時不要超過2%，「這是我們（商總）的期待。」
此外，賴正鎰也提到，這個星期勞動部有一個會前會，商總會去參加，希望與政府溝通，看有沒有機會不要調那麼高。
至於媒體詢問，是否希望時薪、月薪脫鉤？他回應：「我們當然希望脫鉤，已經建議10幾年了！」賴正鎰強調，時薪如果提高7%，很多靠時薪的行業壓力就更重了，脫鉤是希望「時薪的調高幅度不要高於月薪」，不然很多行業像是加油站、超商、餐廳都說幹不下去、要關門了。
