浮洲淹大水 議員要求彈劾朱立倫
（中央社記者呂欣憓台北11日電）新北市議員何博文今天到監察院告發新北市長朱立倫，指出颱風蘇迪勒造成浮洲地區大淹水是人為疏失，造成人民財產損失，朱立倫有監督不周責任，要求監委詳查後彈劾朱立倫。
何博文今天下午在監察院前受訪表示，蘇迪勒非常強勁，新北市的土城抽水站卻在關鍵時刻發生故障，造成板橋浮洲地區發生10多年罕見的大淹水。
何博文說，抽水站發生故障，因為平時疏於保養維護，負荷過重加上機組老舊，配電盤滲水故障，機組停擺，大水還淹進抽水站。
何博文說，由於抽水站當機，造成大水沿著環河道路一路淹到板橋，長達2公里道路淹成河流，許多民宅一樓泡水，不少工廠存貨都付之烏有。
何博文受訪後隨即進到監察院陳情中心，由輪值監委江明蒼受理陳情。1040811
