伊拉克庫德族自治區北部辛賈爾鎮（Sinjar）29日發現3處亂葬崗，估計埋有80到100具遺骸。庫德族官員表示，亂葬崗埋的屍體應為遭「伊斯蘭國」(IS)屠殺的雅茲迪（Yazidi）族人，該小鎮已歷經逾1年的戰亂。
根據英國廣播公司（BBC）引述地方官員報導，庫德族當局在11月14日首度在辛賈爾發現2處亂葬崗，1處在小鎮中心附近，埋有78具老年婦女遺體，另1處在辛賈爾鎮外15公里處，埋有60具男性遺體。到目前為止總共在辛賈爾發現5處亂葬崗，將近300具屍體遭到隨意掩埋，受害者據信為少數民族「雅茲迪人」。
專家表示，要辨識遺體身分可能要花上數月時間，但辛賈爾鎮居民對此進度感到不滿，要求庫德族自治區政府請求專家協助，但到目前為止官方均未予任何回應。
辛賈爾鎮在2014年8月被「伊斯蘭國」軍隊奪占之後，鎮內居民慘遭IS成員多次血洗，雅茲迪婦女淪落成為性奴隸，慘遭長期虐待與強暴。
近期在美國領導的反恐聯軍空襲協助下，11月上旬「伊斯蘭國」軍隊撤出辛賈爾鎮。政府軍雖然成功收復，但卻為時已晚，小鎮大部分地區遭戰火肆虐後，幾乎成為焦土。
為宣傳自行車城市，台北市長柯文哲昨天從台北騎單車到雲林，一共騎了243公里，今（14）日一大早七時半，就出席市長室會議，被網友稱讚體力好，媒體關心他的身體狀況，柯文哲今（14）日表示，昨晚會痠痛，現在就不太會，自己只要睡一晚就好，並自誇有「可怕的恢復能力」，還說「下次騎到高雄好了」。
柯文哲表示，他昨晚回家也在思考一個問題，騎了243公里到底想表達甚麼？他是想重新塑造國民的自信心，柯指出，台灣人這幾年碰到阿共仔（大陸人）好像大聲不起來，碰到韓國人好像覺得不太好意思，對日本、美國更不用講，之前就贏台灣。
柯文哲說，這表示這10幾年當中，台灣人失去自信，他騎腳踏車是要塑造，「大家都認為不太可能做到的事，我可以做到，透過一次又一次活動，讓台灣人知道自己可以做到很多事」。
柯文哲表示，他之前只練習過1個小時，從沒想過可以騎13個小時，這就是勇於嘗試與突破，台灣應該要開始恢復台灣海洋國家的性格，就是冒險犯難的精神。
