注意：下方具有隨時更新的隱藏版好康分享，請暫時關閉adblock之類的廣告過濾器才看的到哦!!林務局為了推廣手作步道的概念與價值，所屬羅東林區管理處與台灣千里步道協會日前共同舉辦「太平山手作步道工作假期」，林務局林華慶局長特別與24位步道志工，以雙手及非動力工具，並且就地取材，共同修復鳩之澤舊吊橋及流籠頭遺址的支線步道路段，林華慶也宣示未來林務局所主管的步道，除了基於安全考量而必須仍以工程發包方式整建的路段外，其餘都將盡可能導入手作與委請周邊社區維護的模式，以降低步道整建對生態環境的衝擊。
林務局表示，步道是人們親近自然的重要途徑，步道本身的生態、歷史人文、景觀美質更是其重要資產。但以往步道的開闢與整建，常因為工法忽略區域環境特性，往往導致過度水泥化，輕則破壞景觀，重則引發生態破壞與水土沖刷，甚至導致災害；人們親近大自然的初衷，卻反破壞了生態環境。
林務局說，手作步道是近年國際間興起的綠色運動，源自美國國家步道阿帕拉契山徑步道志工的經驗，其精神是先瞭解在地生態、先民文化及傳統工法智慧，順應步道所在地的氣候、地質、原生生態特性，找出與環境和諧共存的路線與工法，採人力方式，運用現地材料及非動力工具輔助，減少機具使用與外來材料搬運，盡可能降低對環境的干擾最小，以及減少地球自然資源取用與鋪面硬體造成棲地切割效應的原則下修建步道，非常適合臺灣山區的人文與自然環境。
林務局從2007年導入「手作步道工作假期」以來，累計已辦理87場次，共有超過2千3百位民眾參與。林華慶局長說，林務局管理的步道及古道多達154條、總長共709公里，未來除了有安全疑慮，如天然災害造成嚴重的邊坡崩塌、路基流失、橋樑損壞，或是有立即搶通需要者，須以發包工程方式整修外；其餘將視環境現況及使用對

高溫炎熱持續，台電公司預估，今（ 11 ）日用電情勢與昨日相當，備轉容量率 2.7% ，仍亮出供電警戒橘燈。至於和平電廠修復進度順利，下周一 （ 14 日）一回線即可送電，提供 65 萬瓩電力。
中南部這兩天出現降雨，略為舒緩用電緊澀情勢，台電公司預估，今日尖峰最高用電 3610 萬瓩，最大供電能力 3707.5 萬瓩，備轉容量 97.5 萬瓩，備轉容量率 2.7% ，仍亮供電警戒橘燈。
至於花蓮和平電廠修復進度順利，已完成# 71 塔光纖以及# 72 塔紅線側礙子的吊裝、導線處理作業。

經濟部預估，和平電廠一回線可於下周一恢復送電，初期提供一半（ 65 萬瓩）電力，正式宣告今年夏天限電紅燈警戒解除。至於周末工廠停工，未來兩天備轉容量率都將亮供電吃緊的黃燈。
