「「嫁妝」和「聘金」」的英文怎麼講？

或做個樣子，婚後再歸還；或充作小倆口創建小家庭的基金。
Dowry and betrothal money have generally been phased out,
or given to the couple to set up a household.
Sometimes they are presented as a symbolic token and returned after the wedding.
