當我第一次品嚐到法國波爾多蘇玳(Sauternes)地區的甜白酒時, 不禁讚歎: 啊! 原來所謂”瓊漿玉液”就是這個意思! 非常甜潤豐厚卻細緻不肥膩, 有足夠的酸度支稱, 酸甜完全融為一體而不分離, 高酒精度帶來溫暖的口感, 金黃色漂亮的顏色, 蜂蜜般的香氣, 入口後回甘不斷, 溫柔輕撫身體慢慢感覺溫暖. 豐盛的晚餐搭配法國布根地(Burgundy)地區的紅白酒, 再以Sauternes甜白酒作為ending, 讓我们帶著甜蜜與滿足走入夢鄉裏另一無境的想像與旅行...
