新春後開始上班，藍綠各政黨也開始磨刀霍霍佈局二○二○總統大選。高雄市長韓國瑜形容國民黨的四個太陽馬英九、吳敦義、王金平和朱立倫打麻將，但其中有一個人是「相公」（意指不能胡牌），但韓國瑜不願明講誰是「相公」，先前媒體問朱立倫「誰是相公」，朱立倫以自己不會打麻將一語帶過（朱過年也ＰＯ網打麻將），鄉民網友大家都知道暗指「白海豚」吳敦義。
採美式民調不能換湯不換藥日前，國民黨中常委提出「美式民調」概念，吾人認為是新瓶裝舊酒，了無新意，略作分析。美式民調有很多種，有封閉式和開放式，國民黨要哪一種？再者，美國分區辯論在各州輪流舉行，一州接著一州，台灣幅員不像美國遼闊，成本增加必落人口實。若採行封閉式，國民黨實際黨員很少，名冊是否老實透明？是否重演公投「死人連署」偽造情事？問題在：體制上無法讓黨外的社會菁英，或是民眾期待的人選參加初選。
王牌變胡牌？換言之，國民黨黨內總統候選人推舉方式一直是「網內免費互打」無法定奪。值得觀察是，黨主席吳敦義對於黨內初選方式表示「照規距」，這個規矩是什麼？吳敦義口中的規矩是，初選最晚不會晚過七月，最早不過五月，其中民調佔七成，黨員投票佔三成，照慣例進行。全民調選制一直是藍營人士的「改革」刀刃；吳敦義的七成民調三成投票，究竟是反改革還是深怕自己成了「相公」不能胡牌？王牌變胡牌？
藍營網內互打嚴重，心結未解在《中央社》一月四日報導，吳說全民調非唯一選項，甚說國民黨總統初選提名方式不是只有全民意調查而已、國民黨也曾廢掉原用全民調提名的人選，之後又重新提名新人選；指的是國民黨撤銷以全民調決定新竹縣長人選，就是那個被主子開鍘悲情的林為洲和洪秀柱。林為洲去年底還談論二○二○總統選舉提名的問題時，竟脫口說國民黨組發會主委李哲華就是「吳敦義的狗」小插曲，懷恨在心。
換柱行動前車之鑑然而「九合一選舉」甫告結朿，讓「相公」誤以為國民黨在本次縣市長選舉中「頗有斬獲」，還沉浸在十五席縣市的喜悅和自我陶醉中。希望在總統大選時能再乘勝追擊，但看看藍營二○一五年，洪秀柱獲四六·二%支持度超過卅%門檻，終獲得提名。但是到了十月，卻因洪秀柱的「終極統一」政見引起黨內爭議，爆發「換柱行動」，黨中央透過臨時全國代表大會，廢止提名洪秀柱，改為徵召國民黨主席朱立倫參選。也是台灣政黨史上通過初選、又被政黨撤銷提名的總統參選人，堪稱創舉。
我要說的是，這種不尊重民主遊戲規則的人如何胡牌？老人政治國民黨有未來？甚台灣未來？吳敦義彷彿秦國叛亂七公子。當年的困局，若規矩一次到位，照著走，就不會怕開罪同志，軍心不穩，讓年輕人投不下去，也不會大量流失中間選民。
四個太陽如何讓選民獲青睞王金平已表態參戰、馬英九竟期待「馬習二會」；「美式民調」老面孔沒有意義，吳敦義的歷史路數讓藍營私鬥逼宮堪稱高明，藍營初選如宮鬥劇：是福不是禍，是禍躲不過！
