2016台灣國際工具機展（TMTS）將在11月23日登場，國內精密齒輪領導品牌-台穩精密搭配母公司台中精機盛大參與此次展覽，已積極籌備屆時要展出一系列具備高精度、高速與高穩定性等特色的工具機、塑橡膠機械專用齒輪箱與齒輪箱頭部，讓外界一窺該公司強大的研發與製造實力，盡全力爭取大單入袋。

值得一提的是，台穩公司以「轉動全世界」做為經營職志，在加入工具機M-Team聯盟後不斷強化生產實力，繼2014年獲評為該盟優良協力廠商後，今年將在生產、品質、成本、交期、安全與工作士氣等六大指標再精進，務求達到最佳狀態，準備於2017年度向TPM優秀賞挑戰。

台穩公司總經理廖德川指出，該公司所生產的齒輪箱能在業界享有第一品牌的美譽，主因採用高剛性鋼材，齒輪零件均經高階機械設備精密研磨與精密加工，再細心組合而成，讓其運轉時保持安靜無聲。其次，齒輪軸系因採用DIN 17210鋼材，除硬度特強外，並具強力耐久性。

另外，齒輪箱的機身由FC30鑄鐵精鑄而成，扭力超強；再者，台穩齒輪箱體結構採一體成型，易於裝配到機台上，所需空間極小，能適用於任何機械，因而產品上市後受到市場歡迎，一路暢銷至今。

廖德川指出，該公司長期來專注在精密齒輪產業領域不分心，研發的產品項除精密齒輪、齒輪箱外，近年來更將營運觸角延伸到塑橡膠機械齒輪箱、立式與臥式加工中心機齒輪箱頭部、加工中心機三軸裝配、齒條及機械加工等領域，業務範疇日益多元，客戶重複訂單不斷，成為台灣精密機械零組件的代表性廠商之一。

台穩為生產出業界最高品質的齒輪箱，近年來更引進了諸多世界級生產加工設備。
