1-鐵
是否覺得身體常出現疲倦感呢？有可能你身體缺少了「鐵」，鐵是輸送身體氧氣的礦物質，如果缺少容易出現貧血等症狀，也因為細胞無法獲得足夠氧氣，導致身體沒勁，運動起來也效果也不佳，減重效果當然也會不好。人一天至少要攝取10-15毫克鐵，基本上從牛肉、瘦肉裡的蛋白質都能攝取到，另外波菜、牡蠣、大豆、淡菜等都含有鐵質。
2-鈣
平常成年人一天要攝取約1000毫克的鈣質，關乎於我們的骨骼還有肌肉纖維的成長，能夠幫助我們保持骨質密度，避免骨質疏鬆，這是我們一般對鈣質的認知。其實鈣質也能調整血壓，並且幫助身體減重增加肌肉量，從低脂的乳製品跟蛋白質都能攝取到。
3-鉻
跟鈣還有鐵一樣，鉻可以幫助身體維持體重，更是扮演代謝糖分的重要角色，鉻可以提升胰島素來穩定血糖，假如今天攝取鉻太少，胰島素的功能就會被影響，血糖波動就會比較大，因此鉻可以避免我們產生暴飲暴食的狀況。生活中能從糖蜜、蛋黃、肝臟、硬奶酪、牛肉、全麥麵包等都能攝取到鉻。
4-鋅
礦物質鋅可以控制食慾、調整賀爾蒙、胰島素水平等，對於抽菸喝酒又以低熱量食物為主的人，還有素食者都容易缺少鋅。建議每天可以攝取12-15毫克，不僅能夠增強免疫力，還可以加強助「性」，一般從動物內臟、牛肉、牡蠣、蛋、杏仁、雞肉與貝類等都有礦物質鋅。
5-錳
錳除了可以調節血糖，還能代謝脂肪與維持甲狀腺的健康。錳的驅脂作用，能加速細胞內脂肪的氧化，減少脂肪堆積，保護心血管外，
好吃年菜外賣也是維持體重管理的重要因素。錳可以從小麥胚芽、茶葉、菠菜、鳳梨、豆類、綠葉蔬菜裡攝取。
最後要提醒，這些礦物質都是能避免我們過度飲食，加強身體代謝，幫助消耗卡路里，並維持身體的各項機能。因此想要控制好體重甚至減肥，最重要的就是要達到「均衡飲食」

美國準總統川普3日於推特痛批北韓發展核武，更諷刺北京沒幫忙解決問題。大陸外交部發言人耿爽3日重申，中國盼各方避免造成朝鮮半島緊張升級，早日回到對

耿爽表示，大陸希望各方共同努力，為推動解決北韓核問題發揮積極和建設性作用，也希望各方避免採取導致局勢緊張升級的言行，共同推動朝鮮半島核問題早日回到對話談判的軌道。
被問及大陸外交部是否覺得川普屢屢透過社群媒體談論外交政策原則是在製造麻煩？耿爽重申，大陸不評論其他國家領袖的行為特點和做事風格，關注的是政策本身。
中國人民大學國際關係學院副院長金燦榮表示，川普若每發一次推特，中國就得大費周章回應，豈不累死人；不過，川普會先就朝核問題發文，也意味著川普不會遵循過去歐巴馬時代對朝核問題的「戰略忍耐」。
金燦榮指出，歐巴馬面對朝核問題的「戰略忍耐」，就是讓中韓兩國去傷腦筋，美國在背後運籌帷幄，川普應該會有不同做法，這點是值得持續觀察的。
《環球時報》同日所刊社評指出，川普上台後，從爆發戰爭或者新軍事摩擦的角度看，西太平洋是最危險的地區，而朝鮮半島將首當其衝，不能排除川普對平壤當局採取超級強硬姿態的可能性。
社評說，美中關係的體量十分龐大，結構也複雜，對兩國政策形成約束力，如果川普執意跳出這一現實，西太平洋就可能發生混亂，「什麼事都可能發生」。
