I understand how Claudia feels because Eric is sometimes very careless and would bump into other children in the class not just Claudia. Perhaps he didn't say sorry every time but if I saw it and he did it he always had to say sorry. This rule is the same for everyone. Actually, it's not such a big deal whether or not she has said sorry except I think she got very angry right after he bumped into her and I think that's not such a good way to approach things in life. Sometimes people will bump into you by accident and sometimes on purpose but that's not a good reason to get angry and then shut out everyone around you by not talking. This is the main reason of my concerns. She needs to let the teachers know how she feels so we can help her. Thank you som much for your help in communicating with her so I can better help her at school. I will continue to work with her on ANGER MANAGEMENT......
