美國職棒金鶯隊台灣左投陳偉殷才剛對費城人投出8局0失分的超優質內容，球團卻在今天決定動用選擇權，將他下放到小聯盟高階1A，預定10天後才能再回25人名單。對此，陳偉殷今天在臉書上發文強調，他的身體很健康可以繼續在大聯盟出賽，對球團的安排表示失望。

陳偉殷的發文內容先感謝大家關心，強調昨天完成八局的投球後，身體狀況及投球的感覺都很好，也準備好要面對下一場比賽。陳偉殷認為，之所以會被球團下放，主要原因是因為經紀人談的合約中，沒有拒絕任意下放條款，加上目前球隊需要大聯盟的位子給一名小聯盟的外野手，所以才會成為調度對象。陳偉殷說，球隊的安排跟他的身體健康情況沒有關係，對於球隊做出影響投手調整和作息的決定和安排，他感到失望。

陳偉殷被下放後，將確定跳過6月21號在多倫多對藍鳥的先發，因此也有球迷留言認為，這是對未來可能進行的交易預做安排。
