SoCal man arrested by FBI for touting coronavirus 'cure,' soliciting investments

FBI agents have arrested a Southern California man who claimed to his 2.4 million Instagram followers that he had invented a cure for COVID-19.

He was arrested Wednesday on a federal complaint of wire fraud, carrying a penalty of up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted.
