小心這些「年節菜」～子宮肌瘤恐變大

「生活壓力與熬夜造成的內分泌失調，是導致現代女性容易長肌瘤的主因！」中醫師表示，每到過年少不了大魚大肉，這時常常在門診被被子宮肌瘤患者問到，有哪些食物不能碰，他特別提及年節時期會在餐桌上出現的食物，如蹄膀、豬五花、麻油炒雞佛，或甜食、零嘴等，還有女性為了讓皮膚變美而食用雞睪丸等高熱量、高油脂的飲食，如果不節制，恐會讓子宮肌瘤越長越大顆。

台北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區中醫科主治醫師周宗翰分享一名臨床個案，一位28歲女性，自從17歲開始發現子宮肌瘤，在短短的11年間已經動過2次切除子宮肌瘤的手術，於去年回去婦產科複診，又發現了多顆子宮肌瘤，最大的已經達7公分，西醫建議要做第3次手術，但是因為前2次的手術已經造成腸壁沾黏，引起排便不暢，子宮肌瘤長大的速度也越來越快，對於要第3次手術感到巨大壓力，於是選擇求助中醫治療。
該患者經調整日常生活作息與減少菸酒的頻率，雖然夜班的工作無法避免，但重點做到保持充足的睡眠，再經由6個月的中藥與針灸調理，子宮肌瘤最大已經從原本7公分縮小到4公分，其餘的肌瘤也都有穩定的縮小，原本惱人的生理痛也改善許多。
最易招子宮肌瘤：高熱量、高油脂2018熱門產品限時產品除了調整生活作息外，避免一些子宮肌瘤的「高危險」食物，對於預防或延緩子宮肌瘤的復發是有幫助的。周宗翰指出，子宮肌瘤的形成與雌激素在身體的波動有關係，而主食為
高熱量、高油脂的婦女在臨床上特別容易誘發子宮肌瘤，油炸食物如炸雞，洋芋片、炸排骨中的飽和脂肪酸、反式脂肪酸和膽固醇都會導致荷爾蒙失調；另外，食物在油炸過程中也會產生自由基，使細胞被氧化破壞，容易出現子宮與卵巢機能的絮亂。過年期間豐盛的年菜中總少不了大魚大肉，周宗翰特別提及，子宮肌瘤患者要少吃的「年節地雷菜」，他舉例，尤其是
蹄膀、或豬五花那令人口水直流的油脂，必須適量攝取，華人的年菜
「麻油炒雞佛」也是要少碰。
另外，周宗翰說，年節時免不了要吃一些
零嘴與甜食，閒暇時來一塊蛋糕、巧克力、喝杯下午茶，真是人生一大享受，不過他提醒，吃太多甜食要特別注意，甜食也算是高油脂、高熱量的代表，當身體代謝異常出現胰島素阻抗，進而導致血液中雄激素增高，影響荷蒙爾分泌，就容易產生排卵障礙，誘發多囊性卵巢症候群。
常有人說女性多吃雞睪丸，皮膚會變得美麗，
雞睪丸裡的確含有荷爾蒙，膽固醇與油脂更是高，子宮肌瘤朋友要特別注意，避免食用過多與動物生殖系統有關的食物或是含有大量激素的食品。
子宮肌瘤患者可以喝酒嗎？周宗翰說，罹患子宮肌瘤者是可以飲酒的，但是本身有肝臟功能疾患就不建議過度飲酒、熬夜，這些行為容易造成肝臟機能異常，一旦肝臟機能異常，可能會影響體內荷爾蒙的調節；因為肝臟是體內調節荷爾蒙的重要角色，健康的肝臟的確可以幫助降低子宮肌瘤的發生率，過度的飲酒會加重肝臟的負擔。
