橙色一個天 大家看到的文章，主要是來自本人在《華僑報》上撰寫的專欄。在八十年代，樂迷(特別是年輕人)重視音樂，重視歌手，為表支持，除了把辛苦儲下來的零用錢買卡式帶/黑膠碟之外，還買100分、好時代、青年周報來看，了解中外樂壇大小事，但那些主流/非主流音樂雜誌相繼消失；而一些唱片介紹，更加在八婆雜誌上投閒置散，甚至消失。希望透過這新聞台，令各位重拾音樂，細味之外，會有更多發現。

British famous people----Jamie Oliver

That’s all I have to say about British famous chef----Jamie Oliver. He was born in 1975. He comes from a close-knit family and has described his childhood as very happy. His parents owned a pub and he began helping out in the kitchen from a young age. His father encouraged him to become a chef.

After he becomes a popular chef in British. In fact, He is a good selling-point for cook with great fervour. For example, Oliver decided to start a new, non-profit restaurant----Fifteen in 2002. All staff members were youngsters and previously unemployed. He had trained up them.

Besides, he took a big challenge. He was getting Britain’s school kids to eat proper food on a budget of just 39p per meal. Because he found the kids usually ate the nuggets and burgers. Most of the food was pre-prepared, cheap, low-quality and full of additives and preservatives. So he decided a fresh, healthy meal (Example fresh meat, fish and vegetables etc). We don’t forget he must keep the cost to 39p per meal. But he said he had ever done.

Oliver doesn’t want the kids always eat junk food. He believes the kids have to take adequate nutrition of the body.

He tries to help teenage and to make kids’s health. So I have the greatest respect for Jamie Oliver. I think he is a famous and important person in British.
