Politicians:
Politicians execute policies and set laws to ensure that society receives just means of operation. They also protect human rights, especially in issues such as employment, education and health care.

Scientists:
Scientists have played the most significant role in the advancement of technology. We communicate through cell phones, computers, and other electronic devices that have become must have accessories nowadays. With the prevalence of these inventions, the worldview has been changed in virtually all aspects.
例:No politician in our present world have changed the world’s way of thinking as Bill Gates and Larry-Sergey have changed the world’s ways of conceptualizing things.

Old people are the custodians of the traditions of any society.
Con(s) Collision of interests:
Old people may be a hard nut to crack when it comes to embracing change.
Financia strain:
With the baby bust trend, the number of productive workers is expected to drop sharply and the number of the dependent elderly increases. Once the imbalance starts to create more seniors than workers, it puts severe strains on government budgets.
